    The Geek squad did a good job connecting my TV in no time. However, the appointment was supposed to be between 8am-12pm, but they didn't get there till 8pm! I did not get any notification that there will be a delay. I had to keep calling them, and they only said that it will be a little while. An entire day wasted! If they are understaffed, the least they can do is let the customer know the realistic ETA.
