    The Salesman was OK at the Best Buy store but the delivery people were in & out much too quick. They basically hooked up the TV & left not explaining the features of the TV or detail on using the remote. I was very disappounted, paid a good bit for the TV, belonging to Total Tech & have spent a lot of money with Best Buy down thru the years.
