    The Geek squad came in and set up my TV and did a great job, But never gave me any expiation how things work.

    I was not unhappy with the agents who were here. However, I was very unhappy because I was billed twice for 1 visit. I paid $200.00 to set up a visit. It did not happen. It was cancelled at the last minute. I rescheduled another visit, and at the end of it a Paid another $194.00. I was supposed to hear from the Geek Squad management and never did. The squad at the store tried to help but were unable to do so. I spent over $580 total (including my Best Buy Membership) just to get my streaming service going. I will not consider using them again. If anyone would care to contact me from Geek Squad, please do so.

    The guy didn't know enough about the software like I wanted him to. IT was ok but I wanted to learn how to do more and i need a manual to look things up and take notes. More of a business thing that I would like best buy to provide. Being older without kids it is hard to figure things out sometimes.

    The guys did a good job of carrying the monster 85" TV up the stairs didn't hurt anything didn't break anything didn't scratch any thing, didn't hurt it. Hooked up as expected got all systems working they did their job just fine.

    Geek squad did not solve problem. Told me how to solve it which didn’t help when that is the answer I get all the time when a technician doesn’t want to help by talking me through the process. I felt like he just wanted end the session and go home.
