We purchased the extended warranty to be able to purchase the installations of our new tvs at a discounted price. We were glad that we did because it made getting the tvs a lot simpler. We just let the BB folks do what was needed and in minutes, we were good to go. They were very accommodating, other than a few things like opening the boxes upside down so that we had to repair them to be able to use them, but overall, pretty happy with the service.

The two man team arrived on schedule and completed the job in a reasonable time. They did have to repeat a couple of steps as did not account for need to adjust brackets before tightening everything. And, luckily I have a great set of tools as they did not so I supplemented theirs. Nice guys and were professional. Got everything setup as I wanted.

The man was on time, ready to go w/protective mask. He worked quickly and efficiently and was most helpful and informative. He was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He stands out as the exception to the difficulties I had with the problems of the purchase. Best Buy would be unbeatable if all were of his caliber. Thanks

Excellent technical support - members of the Geek Squad who installed and set up our new Samsung TV and Logitech remote were on time, courteous and very professional, in addition to being "experts" in what they needed to accomplish. Our new system is now fully integrated with older components, thanks to their commendable efforts

Everything was handled in a very professional way. It was a good experience, which is what I have come to expect from Best Buy and Geek squad. This includes instore personnel as well as installers.

Drake was very meticulous about entering my home and he was very helpful and respectful. He answered all my questions and set up the TV in it's place very carefully. I was most impressed with what he knew about this TV. THIS WAS THE BEST IN HOME SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED! THANK YOU!

They setup the TV, but only connected the xfinity box. I set up my dvr and vhs boxes. Also I set up the picture and audio values. They were very fast, but only one of them spoke English, although poorly.

The Geek Squad has done it again. Took down my old TV, set everything up quickly (new X950G Sony) while cleaning up the entire area, and put everything neatly aside for me to give my old Plasma TV to a friend. The guys were quick, efficient, and spent extra time with the settings of my new TV as well as my cable box. For $49? I'm very happy. Thanks guys!

They were great & masked & kept their distance. They were very patient with us, when we realized it wouldn't fit on our existing tv stand & scrambled to find something else. We were pleased that they cleaned up after themselves & set up the set for us & explained the easy remote. Professional & personable

Setup guys did a great job. Patiently answered all of my questions and hooked everything up. The work of the 2 individuals at my house was great. The process of getting everything scheduled was very frustrating.

The independent installer assigned to my setup was great. Sebastian walked me through everything he was doing during setup and answered all my questions. He was very personable and patient with us.

The team that showed up to install my TV and sound system were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and were done quickly. They made sure everything worked and explained it all to me. Great work!

Agent arrived and unpacked the television. Installed the legs, placed on the television cart and made all connections. After that we were given instructions on the handling of the remote and syncing the cable remote to the television. It was actually a pleasure having them.

Our agent impressed me from the start by putting on "booties". Once I showed the agent what the job entailed he dove right in and got the job done! Our agent was kind, courteous and efficient.

The agents that set up are TV were great. They quickly set up the TV, programmed my cable remote to connect to the tv very quickly. In addy, the explained how the remote for the TZv worked & helped me set up Amazon Prime Video. At this po, I was confident of my ability to add any other streaming service should I subscribe
