Chris mounted our TV and connected it to sound bar and VCR and instructed us how to us our remote to control everything. Great job! Very knowledgeable and efficient! Very patient with his instructions to ensure we able to operate everything after he left. Great personality, as well!

The geek squad was my salvation… Gone are the days of bringing home a TV and setting it on the table! The geek squad came in, was polite and informative – something I really needed as this is my first smart TV! Thank you Geek squad I don’t know what I would’ve done without you!

I cant say enough good things about Frank, his partner and the install. Fantastic. Completely professional through and through. Even though I threw a curveball at them by requesting slightly more than originally indicated in the order, they handled the extra work without a problem or issue. They suggested extra products that were very helpful, yet did not engage in high pressure sales tactics at all. I chose some, rejected others, professional all the way. The install was quick, complete, thorough. Took the time to go through the technical aspects of the electronic equipment, were patient when I didn't understand something, and made sure I was comfortable and proficient at operating my new purchases. Top of the line in every way, Cannot recommend highly enough.

The agents mounted 2 tv's for me they were great. They are extremely knowledgeable tgey know their job well. The are courteous, professional and friendly. They wore their mask the entire time and kept a distance. Great people those 2 afents. They can enter my home anytime.

The Tech Geoffrey did an excellent job of install and mounting our new LG tv. He is very knowledgeable and provided us info on how to best enjoy our new set.

Joey and Andrew from the Best Buy in Eau Claire WI were incredible when they mounted my multiple TVs and sound bars at my home in Durand, WI. They called to verify the appointment, arrived on time, and maintained professionals throughout the appointment. The TV's and sound bars look incredible. The TV's are perfectly level and all wires were hidden without creating a huge mess or damage on my wall. These guys are true professionals and cleaned up everything afterwards. When I decide to upgrade my TV's I will be contacting Best Buy again and will request these two individuals once again. A++++

Geek squad removed my old 86” TV and hooked my new TCL 85” up with no issues. They took care of everything. Got me connected to the WiFi and walked me through all the TV features. Would highly recommend especially when buying a big TV.

Extremely knowledgeable, polite, efficient and tborough

Walter had us up and running in less than an hour. We had received a new TV as a Christmas present are are not techies so we engaged the Geek Squad. Walter got all the devices we had on our old set moved to our new set. He also explained some of the new features. He was great to work with.

The Geek Squad was on time, courteous, professional. They set up my new Roku tv, connected the cords and the two remotes, tested everything out to make sure there were no problems. They also answered my questions and let me use the remotes to access different streaming channels to make sure I was comfortable using them. Everything was set up perfectly!

An excellent team. Showed you how to do everything and took their time to answer questions. They were extremely careful with the tv and hid the wires and tied them up very well. One of the best experiences I have had buying a new tv.

The delivery guys were nice and courteous. The app said they would be there at around 9am, which was great. They called to let me know when they were on there way and were on time. In and out of my house quickly. Great experience.

The technician was great. Called me with status of her arrival which was nice. One here her partner joined her within minutes. I ordered a 75" TV and they did all the set up and answered all my questions. I purchased a Roku Stick from them while they were here and they set that up as well on one of my other TVs. I know tipping is not required but I wish I had a few more dollars on hand to tip them since I was extremely pleased with their service and willingness to help me move my other 2 TVs.
