The Geek Squad had to install my TV twice, since the first one crashed after four days. Ed and Chris were fantastic on both occasions. They arrived as expected, explained everything to me, connected the TV to my other devices (speakers, Roku, etc.), and were extremely neat while doing so.

Technicians arrived in a timely manner (early) and were quite professional. Everything during the installation process was explained in a way that we could totally understand. We are very thankful for the service provided.

The agent exceeded our expectation. He set-up everything for us, and then patiently taught us how to use the remote control and all the TV features. We have been able to fully enjoy the TV from the moment we received it.

The Geek Squad came to our house and set up our entertainment center with electronic components. They had everything working in a flash and then showed us how to operate each electronic device.

The agent removed one old tv, hooked up the new one and connected it to all my devices and even moved another TV back to another room. He also moved a table from another room for the TV to stand on because it was too wide for the TV cabinet that I had been using.

Our Geek Squad guy was friendly and helpful. He helped us box up the older TV ,which we gave to Habitat for Humanity, and set up the new TV. Once it was hooked up he made sure everything was working, showed us several functions and picked up when we were done. Thanks so much!

The technician did a great job installing the TV and connecting it with my cable box and DVR/VCR. The only problem was that it was done very late in the day, long after the 4-hour window.

Careful unpacking, thorough setup, and making sure everything worked with internet WiFi made this a pleasant visit.

The young man who came out removed my old flat screen TV and installed my new Fire TV. He explained how to use the remote for various functions and watched me do it on my own. I was pleased with the service.

Had 2 different teams out. One to install the Google Door bell & Thermostat & another to mount the TV & set up another. They were extremely polite & professional. However, the team that installed the door bell & thermostat went above & beyond to insure we understood how to use the new products & were very personable.

The crew was very professional. They came in and set up my television with no problems and they were very polite and pleasant while doing their job.

Delivery/Installation was schedule for my tv on January 2nd from 11am-3pm. I was told i would get a phone call before they arrived. I waited until 4pm and no one showed up so i called Best Buy and the agent i spoke to said that all installations have now been designated to a third party company. The dispatcher couldnt actual call the driver??? I was told to wait a bit longer. At 6pm i still hadnt received my tv and i called again. This time i was assured i was on the scheduled route and it would not take much longer. At 8pm i still hadnt gotten my tv and Best Buy says im the next stop. The stop before mine had 5 appliances and they were delayed. At 930pm i called and im told my delivery was CANCELLED???? My account could not be verified by the third party company. Really?? I called 4 times. How is that my fault? Best Buy you should handle your own installs! But according to your agent you decided to stop that in April! Still dont have my tv and im being told i have to wait another week to get a redelivery! Not acceptable! A New Low for Best Buy!!!!
