The two Geek Squad members who came to our home were very courteous, worked together perfectly, and installed our new TV stand and 55" TV carefully and quickly. They also showed us how to do everything we would need to with the TV before they left. We appreciated their installation!!

The two set-up specialists were very knowledgeable and friendly. They showed me everything I needed to know about my new tv.

The installer gave us an update regarding their arrival time and it was very accurate. Set up went smooth, except I had forgot to connect the outlet for the new TV to my computer network. The geek squad techs found the problem right away.

It turns out we had a fairly simple issue, which was fixed. They also gave us several hints and suggestions which were spot on! And they were kind enough to take our TV.

We had two great experiences with the Geek squad. They did a great job setting up the TV with the existing sound system and cable box. Kyle was fantastic, he called to let us know when he was coming. Excellent skills with communication. Our first TV was ordered in June, great set up but the TV ( a low end Samsung Tinzen 8000) was not very good. We upgraded the TV to a Samsung OLED and are really pleased. The new TV was installed on 12 July 23.
