    Courteous, professional, clean appearance. Felt very comfortable with them in my home. Answered all my questions in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. Did not rush with probably silly answers to questions I had and treated me respectfully. Would definitely recommend this service.

    I recently had the GEEK SQUAD out for both a TV issue and a printer issue, both bought from Best Buy. This person was so awesome, repaired my TV in under 10 minutes and my printer, which had not been working correctly for 2-3 weeks, in under 5 minutes. And, he taught me how to troubleshoot my printer if my issue returns; and repair it myself. Who could ask for better service?

    The delivery man was efficient, pleasant & very knowledgeable. He connected the Roku to my wifi in no time flat & quickly showed me how to use the remote. Getting the tv delivered from Best Buy was a total nightmare but this experience with the Geek Squad more than made up for it.
