Setup and connected all devices to TV and ensured everything worked, excellent service

Jared was excellent! He was on time, did a great installation, show me excellent how to work the mount, efficient, patient, and answered all my questions. He even helped me to pick up a new t.v. and then went and picked it up for me. Great service!

They or should he came by took a look at what the old set .Went out to his truck came back with the new tv.I could not believe how fast he set it up.Then he put the old tv in the new box and was done.

The agents did an excellent job of taking down our old tv and replacing it with the new, bigger tv we purchased. They made sure everything was working and cleaned up their work area. It was well worth the install fee to have it done by professionals.

Geek Squad showed up first thing in the morning. Installed my 85” tv in about an hour. Hooked up everything I needed. Cleaned up all the mess. Was apprehensive to pay that much for someone else to install. Well worth it!

The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and so professional! This TV is amazing- it feels like you’re looking through a window at real events, not a screen. And the colors are so brilliant and beautiful. It’s gorgeous. Plus it’s completely crystal clear on the sunniest days- even with bright sunshine hitting it directly. Love this TV!

The two Geek Squad employee's that came to install my 55 in TV, They were awesome. They were so kind to me. They had their masks on and they covered their shoe's and they clean up. I would definitely recommend them two. Employee's like them two, are hard to find. Please, thank them again for me. Thank you Geek Squad and Best Buy.

They removed old tv and installed my new one effectively

After some mishap with the reservation, I was able to get my tv, sound bar and antenna installed. The two men that came were great - efficient, courteous, informative and very helpful. They took their time and made sure everything was correctly installed.

Geek Squad delivered and set up my new 77" Sony Bravia TV and packed up and removed the TV it replaces (a return of an LG that couldn't stay connected to the WiFi). The Sony is awesome and the guys from GS did a great job.

The Geek Squad guys did awesome at setting up the TV for mom that I ordered online for her! They were respectful, professional, clean and walked her through the settings and how to use the TV remote and all that...great!!!
