The agents that came to the house to set up the tv were awesome. They stayed until we we satisfied with everything. Explained how to use the tv( add apps etc) they were very polite, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend having your tv set up for you.

The tech who installed my new TV was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. He connected my cable box and DVD player after we figured out the best way to arrange the furniture for it. We switched two cabinets so wires reached more easily. He was great!

Austen & Sami were the best. They knew what to do when coming in to install television & did not take no time. Both were as a team & communicated to me. Keep up the great work!

TV installed quickly without any issues. It was a basic install using the stand and put on my bedroom dresser.

Josh in Chico installed 2 Vizio 40 inch tvs. Connected them to appletv and one of them to a Sonos surround sound system. Made sure they both worked. Used geek squad many times all successfully. He was knowledgeable and thorough every thing works

The install team was awesome, friendly, dealt with my (amiable) dog, and the oddities of our install. plus a donation to St Judes. I would absolutely hire them again

We actually signed up for Geek Squad, but were given a 3rd party company for the TV delivery & installation. They were on time, professional, fast & truly went out of their way to make sure all the connections worked & then took the time to explain everything to us! Highly recommend & the Best Buy Black Friday in July reduced price was a plus!
