The two gentlemen who mounted my TV and installed my surround sound system were on time and very professional. They were very knowledgeable about both the TV and my Sonos surround sound system and took the time to walk me through each system.

So far so good. This TV replaces a 60" Samsung DLP that I purchased 15 years ago. It's got a lot to live up to. So Far so good. We purchased this for the distance we can stand from the TV to watch it from the family room to the kitchen. Syncing it with my phone for web services is definitely a plus.

The Geek Squad was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the height of my new 75" Sony TV. No cords to look at, and they disposed of the boxes after they cleaned the small mess.

These guys were the best ever! I’m not technologically smart and they were so patient with me and my million questions. So, professional even when my Miniature Poodle Service Dog wanted to help them. Lol I was impressed with how professional they and their uniforms looked even down to the booties.

The Geek Squad installed 2 TVs for me. Approx 2 months apart. Both installations were excellent.

I wanted a refund due to Geek Squad’s “No delivery past the 3rd floor of a walk up” policy. But the company who handled my service went above and beyond and delivery my 70” tv to the 5th floor and installed it to the tv stand. Thank you!

The two Geeks were very efficient, knowledgeable, personable & pleasant to deal with. They answered all of our questions, showed us the features of the remote & removed our old tv.

We needed help with explaining all the features on our new LG tv. Geek Squad came out and took their time explaining features and walking us through the steps to properly use all of the features. They were exceptionally polite and courteous to us. It was worth every minute they were here to help us.

Try to install my 86 inch TV with a friend, did not turn out too well. With the Best Buy Protection I was able to replace the new tv and have BB install. Looks great and I have the piece of mind knowing it was done right.

The Geek Squad was wonderful. They delivered on time. However, when they unboxed the TV, the screen was cracked. It was not their fault. They took the TV back to the store and brought a new one, all within 12 minutes. Amazing. They set-up and installed the TV.

Nothing like having professionals deliver, install, and confirm the work done. They connected my my new Samsung 55" TV, the cable, the firestick, the Bose sound bar, and made sure everything worked. I'm grateful for their expertise as its 'way beyond my scope of ability.

Had it up and running in about 15 min explained everything set up and connected everything went through all the swttings app connected devices very pleased

I'm a disabled woman of a certain age who lives alone. I understood I was paying for delivery of my new Smart 75" TV, INSTALLATION of said TV & Removal/recycling of my old TV. The 2 arrived as scheduled, only one spoke English. He told me they weren't supposed to secure the mount (part of same purchase) & install, only put on stand & plug in. I wouldn't have purchased anything, TV/Mount/Delivery /Installation if that was the case & told them so. Everything was prepared for the mount to be placed on TV & TV mounted to wall. Eventually they DID the mount & installation. It is still up. I gave them each a small cash tip. They took old TV & left. In future I'd clarify what exactly "Delivery & Installation" covers. I ultimately got what I expected & paid for so I didn't contact Best Buy.

Brandon is great; knowledgeable, courteous, helpful. After working with him twice now, we have complete trust in his opinions and guidance as we move towards some additional entertainment space!

wow, these two knew how to make sense of the rat-nest of spaghetti wires that lives behind my receiver unit, AND they adjusted all the setting of all the features, for things I didn't know were an option...

The technicians installed wall mount and connected new 65" TV and our old sound bar. They did a super job, were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the Geek Squad!!!

Delivered and set up to satisfaction. Took them a bit to figure out connection to our older satellite box, but they got it done.

I spent over a thousand dollars for the tv, the screens on the tv is thin and could break and with the tv stand to assemble from a value standpoint it was well worth it!! The extended coverage is a gift!
