TV was set up, connected, and ready for use in a short time.

Agents set up my tv as and programed the settings for he TV to work they were very smart

the install crew was very thorough, and made sure the tv was mounted on the wall correctly. they worked as a team and were very professional and efficient. We are so glad we chose to have them install the tv.

Installation services were excellent. The technician was knowledgeable, made sure everything worked ok. He put all plastic, styrofoam and cardboard back in the tv box telling us to keep it for 15 days in case tv had a problem and would need to be returned. I appreciated this info as I was ready to toss the box, etc right away.

The agents mounted my TV and hooked everything up.

I purchased a 75" tv, & had Best Buy install it because I didn't think I could maneuver it up a flight of stairs& around a sharp corner. I had to laugh when I saw those 2 guys carry it up & install it with ease. Also, they explained the workings of it to me.

Geek Squad was able to get my TV running again very quickly.

The Geek Squad did a very good job installing the TV. They arrived on time and very efficient in installing the New TV and removing old TV and most courteous throughout the whole process. I was very pleased and give them a 10 if 10 is considered the best.

The Geek Squad installed this TV quickly and efficiently and helped me understand the components. The TV is great! My wife had to confront me about spending my whole day just watching. Thanks for making this great buy available!

The techs were very professional, efficient and friendly. They did a great job explaining everything and showing me what I needed to know.

They did a great job with the installation but they did give me some inaccurate advice which required me to contact extra help to get the tv running correctly. I think the fee is a bit high.

Only after the Best Buy Geek Squad installed my new 2025 model 40in Smart TV did I find that they would not remove my original 2017 40in Smart TV. I had to arrange for another service call with Best Buy to do this for a fee, or find a way for me to haul my old TV to a recycling center that would accept it.

The Squad hooked up my TV to all my devices, they made sure I understood what they did so I could replicate it, or change the setup. They tested and verified that everything worked as it should and patiently answered my questions. They cleaned up everything before leaving - very satisfied with the service.

I was very pleased with the Geek Squad's representative. He was efficient, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Well worth the cost!

My installers, Ethan and T.K. were awesome. Connected all of our equipment..television, cable box, sound bar. We are not tech-savvy people and I had lots of questions. Not only did they take the time but also never seemed to get impatient with me, and they were there for quite a while making sure that I understood it all.

The Geeks came in like a commando squad, one securing the item to be installed, while the other kept a lookout for outlets, cable connections, open USB ports, and any other items that might aid/impede the installation... They held a brief confab: The words "A-7 Scenario; implement Alpha 4 protocols" were muttered, and a nod from Geek II as they began the job... A blur of wires, as they connected my old electronics to the new, and a quick system confirmation... Geek Leader: "Here's your remote; fire it up", I tentatively pushed the button, and gasped as the new gear flashed into life... "Your briefing, Sir"... Geek Leader quickly ran down the functions, and trouble-shooting directions, should there be any problems... There weren't... They were too skilled, too precise for anything like "errors" to creep into their minds... A few seconds later, they had taken the old gear into custody, and were walking it back to their van... Just like that... They were gone... Another successful mission...

The Geek Squad handled the delivery and installation impeccably; their professionalism was evident as they patiently addressed all our inquiries. Their expertise even led us to invest in an extended warranty, a decision we don't typically make. Overall, we're extremely pleased with this entire transaction.
