After a previous bad experience, I had two different technicians come out to finish setting up my home theater room. They called ahead of time to confirm appointment and address. They were were courteous, went right to work and set up my room exactly how I wanted it. They even took the time to show me how to use my new receiver and asked me if I was pleased with the sound.

Keith and another gentlemen were very quick, knowledgable, and helpful in setting everything up including the updating of apps on the tv. I struggled with the legs myself so I hired the professionals (geek squad) they're the best.

The agents were professional and did an exceptional job installing and configuring the TV and internet.

Recent back surgery prevented me from lifting anything over 5 pounds. My bedroom TV stopped working, so I needed a new TV, needed it quickly and needed it assembled and set up in my room. The Best Buy Connect and Setup service was what I needed and it seemed reasonably priced. I ordered my new Samsung flat screen and setup service at 7:00 PM. The site prompted me to select a setup date and time. Much to my surprise, an appointment window was available from 8:00-noon the very next day. Once I completed my purchase, I received email confirmation of the sale and setup appointment. I received another confirmation and phone call the next morning, telling me the tech was on the way. The technician also called me to let me know that he was 15 minutes away. Upon arrival, the tech set up my TV in a very professional manner, taking care not to damage anything. He spent a lot of time reviewing the operation of the TV, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. He also left his personal cell phone number, should we have any additional questions or problems. We were very pleased with the entire purchase and installation process.

Young man who set up my Samsung - 50” Class Q80C QLED 4K Smart Tizen TV was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable, and gave me a reason to be happy with my Geek Squad membership.

A setup was required due to the size of the TV. The installers arrived on time, were respectful and knowledgeable, and responded to all questions and requests in a timely and accommodating manner. Well worth the charge.

The two Geek Squad home service agents who helped get our new smart TV up and going couldn't have been more personable, knowledgable and helpful. They listened to our requests and quickly solved installation issues that were Greek to me. I'd call on them again and again.

Service guy was very nice and knowledgeable about product and instructions. Was not told by salesman I had to download an app to run tv so took a few extra minutes to get tv hooked up. After app was down loaded he Had it plugged in and running in 15 minutes.

The two people that came to set up my TV, were professional and polite. They knew exactly what they had to do to hook it up. They also turned it on to make sure everything was running properly before they left.

Marcus delivered and hooked the new TV up and was wonderful! Was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent job. Didn’t take him long either. Answer all the questions and cleaned up behind himself… That was great! He wore his mask the entire time… Woo hoo! Thanks Marcus.

There are not enough adjectives in the English language to express my gratitude for the service provided for me by Kevin. Some may say my review is a little overkill. Absolutely not. Kevin was not only knowledgeable but courteous, kind, and patient. And believe me, with me, you need patience . He needs a raise.

Installation and connection of my two TVs couldn't have been more satisfactorily accomplished. I'm basically Smart TV-challenged and the techs kept up a running discourse on how to operate them, advantages of them, etc. They offered me additional, optional products and they accommodated my every request. I thank them much for their help with my purchase.

I did not have my TV mounted but the 2 men who delivered it were amazing !!!! They logged me into all the channels I needed. They were the best !!

Henry came out and did an amazing job. This is the 2nd time he has mounted and set up a TV in my house. He does amazing work, is quick and friendly. He loves what he does and it shows in his work. He also takes the time to answer any and all questions.

There’s no way I could have figured out how to set up the TV. The Geek Squad had it up and running in 10 minutes. So many channels, all from an antenna in the rafters. DONT ATTEMPT THIS YOURSELF

The tv was installed and connected very quickly. Installers were terrific. They answered any questions we had and were very knowledgeable. They knew that we needed extra help because we were not tech savy.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job on all of my recent purchases. I decided to get everything operating properly and have taken in things not purchased at Best Buy. They have been very welcoming and supportive. They have been very patient with my lack of knowledge and I appreciate their willingness to answer all questions.
