Excellent support provided with install to include taking away old TVs. The technician orientation was helpful and even set up the standard apps and taught me how to add more apps. I fully understood how to best use my new smart tv fully. Did a nice job keeping things clean and placed exactly I place of old tv.

Great job by the setup techs. They were very helpful informative and patient in teaching us how to make things work.

The technician who delivered and set up our new TV was excellent. Not only professional and friendly but made sure we understood how to access options on the set. We were extremely happy and grateful for the time spent with us so we could understand the operations as we are senior citizens. Very happy overall!

My Appreciation ~ My installing agent brought my tv stand into my living room from my garage and set my tv up for me. I'm disabled and was unable to move the tv stand by myself. This was a great help to me. He also got everything plugged in and set up and made sure I was happy with how everything looked. He did tell me that I need a soundbar, which was a bit disappointing to me that no one had mentioned that when I was talking to store reps before my online purchase. I am on an extremely limited budget and was not anticipating having to make the additional purchase. My Disappointment ~ I was disappointed that it took 2 weeks after my purchase for me to receive and be able to use my new tv. The shipping company never received my tv so the delivery had to be rescheduled, then it took additional time to get the installation scheduled. On the originally scheduled delivery day, I was called and told that there would be a 24-hour delay because of vehicle issues on the delivery. Okay, no problem. I rescheduled the delivery for the next day. However, on the rescheduled delivery day, no one showed up and no one called. This resulted in my having to call and reschedule the delivery (again) and the installation. No reason was ever given to me for the failure of the rescheduled delivery.

THEY WERE GREAT. REMOVE OLD TV AND HOOKED UP NEW ONE TO CABLE, SOUND SYSTEM, ETC. IN NO TIME. WORKS GREAT, LOVE TV.

The team called to give me the 4 hour window, called when they were 30 minutes out; they were professional, efficient, instructive and very pleasant. Easy installation- i was delighted!

The Geek squad folks were excellent. This was a relatively easy install but they left with everything working perfectly and to suit my needs and particular taste. It was well worth the money to have it installed professionally. They practiced COVID safety and cleaned up all of the discarded boxes ect.

The Geek Squad agent arrived on time. He put shoe covers on before entering my apartment. He was very polite answered all my questions and made sure I was able to work the remote with the TV. My unit was placed on entertainment stand, so no wall mounting was required. He removed all the packaging material when he left.

John was very good at setting up my Visio tv. He was very efficient and very polite and he showed me everything i needed to know about my tv, i was very pleased with the Geek Squad service

Geek Squad delivered and set up a 65” TV quickly and courteously. They even requested that we uncrate our dogs and took the time to play with our fur babies for a bit. (Most people are scared of our bigger dog, so he loved the attention!) They gave us a specific time block, arrived on time, and communicated along the way. Definitely worth the cost.

The Geek Squad Team did a fantastic job. Their expertise and efficiency was fantastic. In addition, they were friendly and helped us set-up the Apps on the TV. Greatly appreciated!!!

I had Geek Squad deliver and install my new LG TV and I'm glad that I did. The Geek Squad technician, Ken, assembled the stand, placed the TV where I wanted it to be, and connected the TV to other video components. Ken also showed me the TV's various features and patiently answered any questions that I had. I'm completely satisfied with the services provided by Geek Squad.

Josh in Chico installed 2 Vizio 40 inch tvs. Connected them to appletv and one of them to a Sonos surround sound system. Made sure they both worked. Used geek squad many times all successfully. He was knowledgeable and thorough every thing works

Way to schedule appointment. Constant update on arrival date and time. Arrived right on time. Got to work setting up tv with necessary computer settings and streamer settings. Very polite neat with removal of old set.
