Integrity was assigned by the GeekSquad. They were timely, polite. However the tv 65in wows. Tad too tall. We are seniors andthey arranged to return it and we repurchased a 55in. They returned and did again very professional service Even set the boom box so we only use one remote. They hauled the old tv away.

A Geek Squad member brought my new TV, connected it to the Dish network, connected the DVD player, and got everything working. That included having the TV work with the Dish remote. He did a greet job, was pleasant, explained things thoroughly, and made sure I knew what I was doing before he left.

The people who came to set up my T.V. were excellent. The only problem I had was the time frame given for delivery 8 hrs - a little long and trying to check throughout the day no one could give me a better answer than between 12 and 8 p.m. The time frame for delivery would make me think twice about ordering from Best Buy again.

The tech who installed my new TV was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. He connected my cable box and DVD player after we figured out the best way to arrange the furniture for it. We switched two cabinets so wires reached more easily. He was great!

The guys were professional installing the tv and so helpful in explaining the setup of it. They were great and on time!

The Geek Squad employee set up my LG tv for me and showed me how to operate it. I did not have it mounted but could never have lifted it to my TV console

The agents did a great job in hooking up my Tv. They showed me how to use my remote for my amazon TV. They also removed the old TV to a different spot for me. They were very polite and called before arriving and was here when they said they would be.

The agents were efficient and quick. They were very concerned about complying with Best Buy policies of not doing any extra work so I paid $50 extra for the stand to be assembled even though this was made very clear with the dispatcher. But the installers deserve a top rating

The two Geek Squad members who delivered and set-up my big screen TV were very professional, personal and made me feel at ease during the entire set-up process. They answered all of my questions, walked me through the remote settings and ensured I was happy with everything before leaving.

My setup was so simplistic. Did unbox it put the pedestal on and set it on my credenza. I did handle the TV with kid gloves and make sure they were not touching the screen and everything was properly aligned and cables connected.

The Expert from Geek Squad quickly installed the TV, connected teh device to internet and explained the feature.

The agents set it up explained the new computerized remote control and took the old TV away. They were here when they promise they gave me a call there when they were on their way.

Technician was on time; informed me of arrival time. A very efficient technician. Set up went smoothly. So far, no problems with installed tv.

The Geek squad did a great job of setting up my new TV. They even set up Netflix so it was in the TV and I just had to say the word and it came on. I didn't know the TV could do that. I offered the 2 guys money to move and set up my old TV into another room. They did it and refused any money. Very professional!

The Television was fixed, didn't have to buy or have it replaced; thanks to the Geek Squad Techs; they knew their job and did an excellent one; call the Geek Squad, the techs are very knowledgeable

The Geek Squad agent set up our new TV to all of the existing components we have and everything works perfectly. She also explained how to use the new device and answered all of our questions. If we could give Cas Johns 10 stars we would!

The two gentlemen that delivered the television were extremely neat and careful when setting it up. They made sure it had a good internet connection, checked to see if there were any firmware updates and also connected it to operate with my fire TV and AV receiver. They also hauled out my older flat panel for recycling.

The 2 Geek Squad guys came last month to install my new 32 inch Smart TV, explained how it works, took away my old 20 inch TV,they were very nice and helpful Sue
