Two young men showed up. My old tv was very large and HEAVY. Without batting an eye, they removed the old beast. Then, placed and completely hooked and set up the new Sony Bravia OLED. They took the time to make sure all settings were optimized and to my satisfaction. It was expertly and quickly done.

The team that setup the TV always let me know when they would arrive. They took out the old TV and put up the new one and get it all set and explained all the things they changed and setup up for me.

Jeff, the technician, quickly unboxed, and installed the TV and connected it to all my devices. And, he programmed the TV remote to my Cable remote. He, also, showed how to use the features of the Smart TV.

Additionally, it seamlessly complements our Bose bar speakers. Their expertise even led us to invest in an extended warranty, a decision we don't typically make. Overall, we're extremely pleased with this entire transaction.

The 2 agents delivered my Tv, set it up, & cleaned up after. The most important thing, however, was the attention to detail in setting up what I needed & explaining to me. They were both so nice & I felt very comfortable with them. They represent Best Buy well.

The agents connected my TV all devices and made sure the remotes were synced. They set up the soundbar as well. They answered all of my questions, so I felt confident I could work it all after they left. I recommended the Geek Squad to a friend and they were also thrilled with the service.

Technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, took plenty of time to make certain I understood the many selections that were available and how to make the appropriate selections. They cleared the debris left from the packaging and even vacuumed before they left.
