We purchased our LG Nano TV from Best Buy in January. It replaced the 14 yr old 70" Vizio we had. This Television has the most beautiful picture. The colors are amazing. It is like having the actors right in your living room or being in a movie theatre.

Our in home setup ws great. Kennedy and Scott were right on time. They were very efficient and set everthing up for us. I didn't realize how much there was to do. We would have had a difficult time knowing alol the steps to set up. They explained everything to us. They were a huge help. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The Geek crew did my TV installation perfect. Exactly where I wanted the TV to hang. They were neat and careful. And they know how to get around little, or big, unforeseen issues. You and your friend trying to hang a big TV will make a mess and you'll end up with damage to your house/walls. Use these guys instead and avoid the headaches. It's cheap insurance.

Had a fireplace console installed. I disconnected my home theater ( didn't take a picture) old sch how hard. Well had to call the squad and the rest is history. Up and running, understanding more of the systems capabilities. Great and professional guys.

Well worth the money because you avoid all the headaches associated with setting up the TV. I learned all the features on the TV and how to get to them and how to get back to normal viewing. My agent was very patient and let me try things numerous times. The only thing he didn't know about was Dolby vision and when I brought that up he was eager to learn about it and did so via his smartphone.

Bought a firestick and had the tech team come out and connect it to my TV and stereo receiver. Very knowledgeable technician, very helpful. The firestick works great and is much more convenient than having a remote for the TV and a seperate remote for the stereo receiver.

I had our new TV on the stand in which the old one sat. The Geek Squad rep. brought the TV in and took the old one out. Set up in good working order. Very polite, clean and showed us how to use the TV, sound bar. Very happy with the delivery and set up.

The Geek Squad sent two amazing guys to install my new TV. These guys were simply the best. Very engaging and answered all of my questions easily. I highly recommend them for their truly exceptional service.

Installation was done in a timley manner, with no problems at all

I recently disconnected my cable equipment and i wasn't able to connect the cables properly so i could listen to my tv through my surround sound. Geek Squad team was knowledgeable they changed some settings on my reciever and moved a couple of cables to the proper ports. We made sure everything was working properly before they left. Money well spent.

I purchased an LG 77" OLED TV with installation. The 2 Geek Squad members who delivered and set up the TV did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure that everything was working properly and gave me a crash course on the new TV. I also purchased haul-away service for my old big screen TV. They did an amazing job in getting it out very carefully without knicking or damaging walls. It was an old fashioned 66" TV with a big back-end. Thank you for being so careful.

The service itself was good and the person was nice and helpful but the setup was super easy and there wasn't any setup required. I wish I'd been informed about that when I made my purchase

Being senior citizens, new technology is daunting for us. So when we bought our new TV, we needed it delivered anyway so we decided to have the squad come and set it up for us. They were great. Clean and efficient. They connected our set top box, receiver, Apple TV and DVD and programmed the remotes. They were very patient with us and made sure we were good before leaving.

the service tech called to let me know he would be a few minutes early. The set up and familiarization went quickly and smoothly. My old , no longer functioning TV was removed.
