Jaymi from Geek Squad was great. He had patience with us when we asked a lot of questions. He transferred everything from our 10 year old computer & the things that could not be transferred, he reloaded for us.

Ted was fantastic! Knowledgeable, honest and patient with me. I have never had a smart tv. He set everything up and explained everything. He gave me his number to text him if I had questions. He deserves a raise!

Didn’t needed mounted. Kyle set up,or TV perfectly. We were very impressed bio much, that will always use Geek Squard.

The installation team also programmed our remotes to allow easy operation of the TV's we bought. They explained options regarding other remotes they had available if we were interested, but no hard sell attempt which was appreciated. We ended up not purchasing any additional remotes and are completely satisfied with the operation for both entertainment systems.

I'm glad the technicians were the ones installing my tv. They set everything up and explained everything in terms that even I can understand. They were patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Very good job installing and optioning my Sony Flatscreen, Soundbar and Subwoofer, and Blu-Ray DVD. Useful user instructions. Both representatives were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The two original Geek Squad Service personnel Joe & Marlon were absolutely the best. They were knowledgeable friendly and did a fantastic job on the Double installation of the new Samsun (Superior)4KSUHD-950 Model plus mounting and hook-up of the other T.V. after assembling the new Stand. They took care of both Service orders in one visit. Only recommend Geek Squad personnel.

The Service guys were very professional and friendly. I was contacted beforehand regarding the installation of my TV. He explained how to use the TV and answered all my questions. The setup went very well. Excellent customer service.

There was a mix up that resulted in three delivery/installation dates before I received my new TV. This was not the fault of the GEEK SQUAD. The crew was on time, efficient, professional, and answered every question I had. When they left everything was clean and orderly. I could not ask for more.

I WAS REPLACING A TV THAT WAS DEFECTIVE AFTER ONLY FOUR YEARS (THAT TV WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY). I MUST SAY, ALL FUTURE ELECTRONICS WILL BE PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH AS IS THE NEW TV (A SAMSUNG 50" SMART TV) ONCE AGAIN BEST BUY AND THE GEEK SQUAD CAME THROUGH WITH FLYING COLORS!!
