    TV WAS SET UP..I WAS TOLD I NEEDED A NEW Cable BOX & REMOTE..MY OLD SONY VCR COULD NOT BE ATTACHED..CABLE COMPANY CAME & SAID FOR WHAT I WANTED, THE OLD REMOTE UNIT WOULD SUFFICE & TO USE THEIR REMOTE..THE SAMSUNG REMOTE NEEDED TO BE EXPLAINED MORE BY INSTALLERS..CONTACT WILL BE MADE WITH THEM FOR SUCH.
