Original setup partially completed as a result of requiring larger TV stand. In interim tech folks hooked up TV and I watched it on the floor, playing Fortnite w/ grandkids! Stand purchased later and tech guy visited and finished setup. All done quickly and professionally, but I had to get rid of old TV stand. Donated it to a charity.

The agent delivered both the 55" & 43" TVs I purchased within the time frame promised. He disconnected my old non-working TVs and connected the new ones in their respective locations. He set up my satellite, blue-ray, remotes, set up my internet and streaming services with my credentials, showed me all the smart features of the TVs and answered any questions I had. He was friendly and professional, and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. There was no cleanup because he removed all the packaging from the house. He also hauled off the old TV which was great because I wouldn't have known how to dispose of it safely myself. I was quite impressed with the agent and all he did, all in about an hour from start to finish. He didn't rush, he was just very efficient.

Bad News. The wait time for completion (installation) of the products was waaaaay too long, almost a month from the purchase date. Good News. The Geek squad team (D&D) were excellent. They were professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. Great job/service.

The guys from Geek Squad brought my 86 inch TV in and set it up! The programed my TV and showed me everything that my TV can do! Thank y'all!

The tech guys from the geek squad was very knowledgeable and hooked up the tv and showed us how to use the remotes. With that being said, the person did not wear a facemask nor have one on him when i asked him to wear one. So much for best buy and the geek squad protecting their customers from Covid

Geek squad came out to install projector. They called 30 minutes before arrival. Came on time. But quickly noticed that they did not have the right equity to install. Made arrangements to come out again. We were very pleased with the service and installation. We’ve had installation done by geek squad 3 times. Every one was good, but this was the best!

The 2 technicians did an excellent job setting up my TV, putting the TV stand together and mounting the TV to the stand. They visited me in the winter and their van got stuck in the frozen snow. They never complained. My concern is the store staff who were unable to tell me until the last minute whether the technicians would remove my old TV. They did take it for proper disposal.

The service/install technician came as scheduled and installed the TV correctly and it worked very well. Fully explained the controls and related items.

Ajike Asomugha was one of the installers. Great at his job and both installers were professional and courteous. I would definitely want them the next time.

Austin and Bailey did a great job. Called before they arrived, got there right on time, and did a great job setting up the new TV while taking away the old one. Helpful and professional throughout. Made for a great experience.

Agents came on time as promised, found and suggested best option for us, returned as promised and set up. Very personable, knowledgeable, and we are pleased with results.

The young man that hooked everything up was very courteous, respectful and cleaned up after the job was done. He made sure everything was working smoothly and showed me how it all works.

Recent back surgery prevented me from lifting anything over 5 pounds. My bedroom TV stopped working, so I needed a new TV, needed it quickly and needed it assembled and set up in my room. The Best Buy Connect and Setup service was what I needed and it seemed reasonably priced. I ordered my new Samsung flat screen and setup service at 7:00 PM. The site prompted me to select a setup date and time. Much to my surprise, an appointment window was available from 8:00-noon the very next day. Once I completed my purchase, I received email confirmation of the sale and setup appointment. I received another confirmation and phone call the next morning, telling me the tech was on the way. The technician also called me to let me know that he was 15 minutes away. Upon arrival, the tech set up my TV in a very professional manner, taking care not to damage anything. He spent a lot of time reviewing the operation of the TV, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. He also left his personal cell phone number, should we have any additional questions or problems. We were very pleased with the entire purchase and installation process.

The Geek Squad member was very good at the set up, he answered all questions understandably. It was a good experience.

This man was so skilled and personable, very helpful with explanations and tips after install was completed! He was very patient and not in a hurry to leave but very nice to want to be sure and cover all I needed to know! I appreciated this service very much and glad I purchased!
