They called to verify the location of our new TV giving us a heads up for when they would arrive. They moved the old set and installed the new one and instructed us on the operation. The team gave us a card should any problem occur. Our cable box was outdated so I went and got a new and they returned to finalize installation. Very appreciated.

Justin Vogt … what an EXCELLENT Tech man! His set up was PERFECT! Only WISH he could have TAKEN AWAY the SONY 60” TV that had been delivered earlier, but had Blown Out! That was the understanding that I had with my in store help - Eric Meyers!

The agents delivered and set up the TV. They explained the features. They were on time, very helpful and professional.

Why pay to have a tv installed? Because technician brought correct cords, hooked up existing Roku, explained how the model works and programmed two remotes. He got everything right the first time, not after incorrect consumer installation and much frustration. Worth the money!

Please review your records so you can learn who performed my install. I think it was Gabriel and Leslie???? they were wonderful, polite, friendly and of course VERY KNOWLEDGEABL!! Took away the empty boxes and gave me a few pointers.

Sometimes, dealing with upgrading TVs can be a pain. Although they are generally a pretty simple process, we have all kinds of devices hooked up to our TVs which then need reprogramming & setup to accomplish a smooth transition. I took the easy route and called the Geek Squad. I made a great decision and highly recommend it.

The Geek Squad called me prior to delivery to verify time and date. They arrived on time, setup the TV, hooked it all up to my DirecTv, walked me through the remote and the TV capabilities, and insured I was familiar with the remote functions before they left. The Geek Sq was outstanding and I was truly impressed with their expertise and fast service.

My geek squad team (Anton and Jordan) were amazing!! So knowledgeable! Everything was done to perfection: they know their products, the installation was smooth and efficient, they worked phenomenally together as a team, and were respectful of my home (cleaned up and hauled away everything leaving it spotless). I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!!

The agent did a great job installing my TV and showing me how to use it. He was very patient with me and explained everything. The Geek Squad has helped me many times over the years.

They were polite, friendly and professional . They showed up shocking early in my scheduled time frame and actually explained how to navigate between my TV, DVD and cable. There was an accidental schedule overbook. The 2nd crew was nice enough to explain one last thing and then take the one remaining box that had been forgotten.

The Geek Squad removed my old TV and installed my new TV quickly and neatly, explaining how to easily use the remote for selections.
