Both Geek Squad reps (Sunshine and Ivan) were very friendly, courteous, installed my son’s TV (early Christmas present), hooked up to his PS5 (another present) and answered all my questions.

The agent was very efficient and friendly. Helped me put my TV together and program it!! Really appreciated his help.

Great service ! The guys seemed to know what they were doing and had my tv set up and running in no time . they were also able to answer some questions I had about wifi routers . I'd recommend this service for anyone who needs it !

The squad hooked my tv up and put our preferences in while explaining the features of the tv. They were great representatives of Geek Squad and Best Buy! Very polite, very clear on the explanation of features and enjoyed what they were doing.

i have a dvd player several years old; several online app services, and a cable box. Geek squad not only set everything up for my easy access but taught me how to access it. First time in a long time i have been sble to have this mix of old and new IT work together! Very happy

Desmond did a great job. He was fast and friendly, and explained everything he was doing while doing it. Didn't take him long to have me understanding how to use the new system the way I wanted it.
