The GeekSquad provided great service. They worked quickly, very thorough and kept me informed when they were on their way, unlike the third party contractors who came the first time.

The service was on time and very fast. From start to finish they were in and out within 15 minutes. They set up the new tv and removed the old one.

Technician analyzed our situation, we discussed options, completed installation and then discussed technical issue with the TV itself. The technician informed on how to proceed with utilizing our extended warranty. Very useful information and was very pleased with the service.

The agent was very knowledgeable in setting up the tv and in hooking up my directv, sound bar and dvd player. He explained everything clearly and efficiently.

Our in home setup ws great. Kennedy and Scott were right on time. They were very efficient and set everthing up for us. I didn't realize how much there was to do. The installers removed the 11 year old tv and followed up by installing the new smart tv along with all of our accessories. They answered all of our questions along the process.

The techs who delivered and installed our new Toshiba 50" TV were Excellent. They not only took it out of the box and plugged it in to ensure it worked, they stayed with us and set up all of the Streaming services we are subscribed to for us also (e.g., Paramount +, Hulu, BritBox, and several others) that we had on our previous TV. The techs were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated their taking away the old TV and all of the trash associated with and including the box the new TV came in. I highly recommend these Geek Squad technicians.

Rafael Estevao called and arrived at our home on time. He was patient, and often reviewed information about the installation to two senior citizens with limited technological skills He was wonderful. We took notes and again he repeated when necessary. By the time he left, we were confident we could manage the new TV in our home Thank you Rafael

Arrived on time…set up my device…courteous..respectful of property..showed me how to use it and took all the packaging with them. In and out in 15-20 minutes…What’s not to like! I will use the service again!
