    TV WAS SET UP..I WAS TOLD I NEEDED A NEW Cable BOX & REMOTE..MY OLD SONY VCR COULD NOT BE ATTACHED..CABLE COMPANY CAME & SAID FOR WHAT I WANTED, THE OLD REMOTE UNIT WOULD SUFFICE & TO USE THEIR REMOTE..THE SAMSUNG REMOTE NEEDED TO BE EXPLAINED MORE BY INSTALLERS..CONTACT WILL BE MADE WITH THEM FOR SUCH.

    I am technically challenged and intimidated by AV equipment. The Geek Squad took all the pain away! In less than 2 hrs they installed the wall mount and TV in an efficient, cost effective way. Would totally use again! Great purchase!
