Russell McClure did an exceptional job with delivery, set up and explanation of my new TV. He was punctual and enthusiastic. He also gave me advice and suggestions for my audio/visual system. I cannot recommend the service more highly.

Geek Squad was on time, made installation quickly and professionally. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. Set up controllers and made sure everything was working correctly before they left my home. Excellent service. Could not be more satisfied.

The crew were quite helpful. They set up the television and then got the apps we wanted installed so that our viewing was pretty much seamless.

The agent brought the unit, connected it to the cable, briefly explained that there were other inputs and connections I could make, loaded the old unit and departed. He was efficient and pleasant .

Geek Squad came out and got tv set up, programmed to remote, and set up apps...very professional and polite.

Fast and efficient. The tv setup and connect guys were terrific. They worked as a team — the Geek Squad team — unpacked, connected the tv to a home theatre system and explained the basics. Out with the old and in with the new, all done well.

I was satisfied overall with the setup of my Samsung 55 inch smart television set. The man and woman from the Geek Squad who came to my house are trained professionals who knew what they were doing.

Those guys were amazing. They were very helpful. They moved my old TV to another room. Helped me unhooked an older tv and carry it to my car. In addition, they were patient with me in teaching me to navigate the new TV.

The way they came in and helped with not only my setup, but the removal of my old TV was wonderful. the insight they gave of the whole TV experience was great as well. If I had to pay for this service, it was well worth the money!!!

The agents installed the TV and made sure it worked, which it did at that time. Had to call again because it didn't work as they said it would. Tried to resolve on phone but couldn't do it so sent an agent out. He got it working and taught me how to do several things I did not know. Good service. I did try calling the original agent which he said I could but he didn't respond.

The technicians arrived on time and set up my new tv with the Xumo box and the sound bar quickly. They were great!

I purchased the tv & setup for a friend. She was happy with the set up. My only complaint is that I asked that the technician call her since the service is at her home. I received at least six calls, and I had to direct the Geek Squad to call my friend's number.

The agents were very efficient and professional. Can't give a 5 because the scheduling Dept left install items off my delivery ticket. The Agents only delivers and setup my TV only. Needed a second visit to finish setting up my Receiver and other accessories.
