The geek squad tech was very personable and installed our tv & soundbar with ease. He explained how the tv worked in easy to understand terms. Plus, he made sure my cable tv remote worked on the tv, cable box and soundbar. He was great!

As above: they were on time, they totally re-arranged the birds-nest of wires - no problem whatsoever. everything was working when they finished however, they never appeared to be on a tight schedule. Their attitude seemed to be "your our customer and we want you to be comfortable and knowledgeable". What more could I ask for?

Great picture for straight on viewing. Picture is really foggy if looked at from the side. Easy to operate.

Geek Squad installed my TV during the Covid quarantine using safety precautions of masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. They were on time, efficient, professional, friendly and demonstrated how to operate the controls and use my new TV before leaving my house. They were awesome.

The agents mounted my tv , connected to all my devices and then not only did they make sure everything was working properly the took the time to explain how everything works and made sure that we were satisfied not only with their service but in our knowledge on how the tv worked and how to use the tv the remotes and how to fix most anything that happens then when we were totally satisfied they left but not without leaving a number for us to call if something ever happens. In my opinion the agents that worked with us were the best and aren’t paid what they’re worh

Geek squad was prompt, friendly, and quickly set up new TV giving technical assistance and removing old TV for recycling. Made the whole process of purchasing a TV so much easier and less stressful.

Installation of the new television went well, but had to wait until I got my cable box so I could enjoy my new TV. I now have my cable box and all is well. Geek Squad always comes through for me. I call them often concerning computer issues and they always resolve my problem. So grateful!!

Had a great experience with Geek Squad ! Sarah switched the tv in the living room and mounted one up in the spare bedroom. She did a great job ! Also took time out to make sure we understood everything about the tv. I would highly recommend..

I used the Geek Squad to deliver and install a new TV. A third party installer was used. He called and arrived earlier then expected and set up was quite quick and easy. The only issue was that the sales man had put in to have a 2 man crew come to remove my old TV and only one guy showed up, that's why I didn't give a 5 star review. He was able to remove the old TV by himself with my help, so all ended up going OK.

Geek Squad rep (Adonis) set up the smart TV very quickly and told me what I needed to know. Luckily he had a HDMI cable (which I have mistakenly omitted on my order) on the truck. So I was set to go once they got that. Very professional service.

Paul did a great job installing the TV. I am not a fan of the ROKU TVs, we were pressured into purchase from Best Buy Rep... originally going to buy VIZIO and went with TCL recommendation. Despite the roku nuisances, the installation was fantastic. I would recommend another TV, but definitely get the installation.

The 2 guys who came to my house did a great job of moving my old TV hooking up to the devices. Then installed the new one hooking it up and showing us how to use it. Very professional
