This was perhaps the very best aspect of our Best Buy purchase. Without these young pro install and instruct regarding the TV, we might as well have purchased at a big box store. The professional care and expertise of the Geek Squad is superb!!

Two geek squad guys had my 65” Sony tv carried upstairs and hooked up in record time

The guys were great. Took out the old and brought the new TV. They were fast and explained how the new TV worked.

The installers were very professional and did an excellent job in setting up my new Flat Screen TV. They programed everything and recommended a wall mount. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and help. They went the extra mile for us.

After purchasing my Sony TV, I had it delivered and set up. We had to reschedule due to my granddaughter's birth, and the Geek Squad members Tyler and Carmen went above and beyond in trying to resolve an issue with synchronization with my home theater system. I will request these 2 gentleman for future deliveries.

Geek Squad arrived earlier than scheduled. Technician was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He set up the TV and answered all my questions. Very happy.

My Geek Squad agent Daniel thoroughly integrated, demonstrated and explained the use of my TV and audio equipment with the Harmony Elite RF remote that he customized to my personal specifications. He has a great ability to make the complex seem simple. If I were starting my own business Daniel would be my first employee.

I have no real issues or serious complaints with the Best Buy TV Set Up. It was actually done through a 3rd Party. The only thing I noticed they may have accidentally took with them one of my HDMI cables and the Remote from the Other TV that I had here that I was replacing. I guess they might have gotten things confused with everything when they set up everything and when they were connecting everything. There was so much of the Package Matereral everywhere. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt here, but I honestly cannot say what actually happened to my devices. I do know because of what happened I would NOT want them to ever come back here again. They did make me feel extremely rushed and kept trying to get me to sign their digital form before they were even finished. I felt extremely uncomfortable about that. They were aware of me being Disabled and Having 4 Traumatic Brain Injuries that occurred during my Military Service. Just to add I have been a Customer of Best Buy for over 20 Years.

I have a bad back and opted for the the free setup and delivery offered with the tv I purchased. The guys were right on time. They were knowledgeable and professional and got to work. They set up my new tv ran all the cables and wires and programmed the set. They answered all my questions and even took the trash! Nice
