One TV died and when purchased New larger TV they moved living room wall mounted TV to that location including wall mounting in the new location with one visit.

The agents were wonderful. They made sure I knew how to work the tv and all the extras, They were courteous, pleasant and I would love to have them install anything else I purchase. Very neat. Took cardboard and packing with them. Left no mess whatsoever.

Geek Squad notified me when they were coming and arrived on time. Went about the installation, gave me instructions, and and answered all of my questions. Did not leave until I felt comfortable with the new tv.

I could have installed this myself but it was way easier to have a tech do it who's done it umpteen times before. She had a few tips for using the TV, installing the sound bar (when it is delivered) and was a pleasure to deal with in all regards.

the agents installed my tv hooked everything up and were very kind to the fact that i am not very tech savvy they were great gentlemen to have in my home . if i ever need help i hope i get the same 2 gentlemen i couldn't have done it without them

The techs called me in advance as to projected arrival time. They arrived well within the projected timeline. They were courteous, worked a a team, accomplished all of my setup requirements, made sure all the settings were correct, set up my apps, cleaned up and would definitely use again.

Love my new TV and it has a great picture. The install team came out and mounted it to the wall and handled the set up.

Nice tv and quality picture. Also the sound is pretty good. The only down side is the feet to hold up tv on a stand, could use more support, living in California this is extremely important.

The Geek Squad agents that delivered & setup my new TV were top rate ~ friendly, respectful & VERY knowledgeable. They made sure I understood how everything worked and NEVER talked down or acted superior (even though their knowledge was!!!) This was the best money I spent, hands down!

Mr. Miguel and Mr.Joe were the people who came to install my T.V. They were so professional. Mr. Miguel called me the previous day and confirmed the situation as he did not want any surprises. Next day he called me again and gave me a time and reached exactly at the same time as updated. They made sure they covered their shoes so that the floor does not get dirty. Upon my request they got the installed 85 inches T.V. down so that I could make my adjustments as needed.They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Hats off Mr.Miguel and Mr. Joe for the outstanding C.S. Employees like you guys are keeping business running.

I purchased the 55 inch Samsung smart tv and had it installed by Geek Squad. I put it on a floor stand and they set it up perfectly. Love it and the service Very helpful with explaining the new. TV to us

Agent put my TV On stand, then more or less said you’re on your own kid!!! I’m a 66 year old woman, I live alone!!!! I need more help!!! I don’t know how it works!!!!? I need more instructions!!!!

The guys that came and set up the TV where wonder and did a great job. When I had questions, they were able to answer them.

The delivery and set up agents were the best! Brianna was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in explaining all aspects of the new tv I purchased as well as answering any questions. Her helper was also extremely friendly.
