The two techs arrived on time. They unpacked the new 70in Samsung TV. Hooked it up with my existing Bose sound bar and cable box. Old TV and boxes hauled away. Within 30 mins I had an up and working correctly, new unit!

tech agent went above and beyond to help us learn how to use this new remote and show us the new content that is available for streaming. He checked net speeds and advised about products that could improve the signal IF we found it wasn't enough. very patient with some non techie folks.

With all the new high tech, the only way to know it's being done right is to have a professional installer. They connected my cable, new DVD player, WIFI and took all the empty boxes with them. He also made sure I knew how to work the remotes before he left. To me, it was definitely worth it.

The agents hooked me up but then I had to buy a different tv and headphones as the new headphones I bought would not connect to old tv. I will have to get them out here again because I cannot get the services they set me up with on the new tv.

I purchased the geek squad tv setup service for my handicapped brother. Not only did they provide the expected excellent setup service, but they provided my brother with needed assistance in locating another tv, same make and model, as the original tv was damaged in shipment. All done within 4 hours..

The techs moved my TV from the Great Room to my bedroom and set it up. Then they proceeded to set up my new 75" Samsung that I purchased from another supplier and connected it to all my devices and positioned it where I wanted it on the console. Before leaving the very knowledgeable tech made sure it was working properly and showed me ALL about the new remote control and how to use it (that was an accomplishment in itself!). Took all the packaging with them and I couldn't be happier with the finished job. They showed up on time and the whole experience was pleasurable. Thanks!

The Geek Squad person swapped out damaged tv for new one and reset all the settings. He removed all packaging and left area clean. He also coordinated the remotes and confirmed the ATT TV device. Was a very personable and helpful person.
