The gentleman did a good job. He basically took it out of the box and set it on my chest of drawers. He then showed me the basics of the remote control and removed my old TV. He asked me if I wanted to have it mounted on my wall but I declined.

Carlos and Lance were great. They came on time, easily hooked up the tv and sound bar and were patient with my questions.

The agents set up my tv, made connections to devices, then personalized the settings for me. Also explained how to use controls and other options on the tv.

These guys came in and reviewed my order, then got to work. It was around the holiday season and they even showed me a few added features that I didn't even know that I had. Left me with a cheat sheet for quick references. I loved the service and respect they showed the 50+ years old lady.

Susie and Michael did a great job installing our TV, mounted on a stone fireplace. They spent a lot of time getting it done right, and then had to troubleshoot when we couldn't get a cable picture. It eventually turned out that it was the cable box causing the problem, but they spent hours at our house and were always patient and cheerful.

Installation was a breeze in my case, yet they took the time to explain various functions and answer my questions. For over-sized items, such as my 65" tv, or technical setup of multiple components, I highly recommend this service.

I have had my T.V. replaced twice in recent weeks. Both times the Geek Squad came out to set up. (65 Inch Samsung). The first time, the Geek Squad set-up was great. Gave a very "brief" explanation regarding my T.V and told me my present soundbar would not work, but, gave no answer on how it could work. (Or, just that it was out-dated). The second time they came out, set it up crooked, did not tell me anything regarding my T.V. (instructions) and, even with a special hook-up cord bought at Best Buy, could not hook up the old soundbar. Part of this was my fault, but, always be prepared when the Geek Squad comes to your home. (Had other good experiences prior on other item set-ups).

Your installation staff is the best. They did a great job installing the equipment and a better job of explaining what they were doing and why. Too bad Best Buy can't come up with a phone system that works as well.

My wife and I have an older non smart TV. It works very well and has a great picture. This device enabled us to turn our older TV into a Netfix streaming set up, essentially making it a smart TV and providing the new Blue Ray player we needed all in one. Very affordable too. n
