The way they came in and helped with not only my setup, but the removal of my old TV was wonderful. the insight they gave of the whole TV experience was great as well. If I had to pay for this service, it was well worth the money!!!

The guys were great! I had two of the most professional installers who were also extremely knowledgeable. Very respectful of my apartment. They covered their shoes and wore face covers the entire time. A1 professionals! I recommend my friends who also used Geek Squad!

The geek squad member was here on time and set my tv up quickly. He was very professional and wore booties over his shoes and a mask. He showed me how to use it and asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend them to my family and friends.

They were polite, friendly and professional . They showed up shocking early in my scheduled time frame and actually explained how to navigate between my TV, DVD and cable. There was an accidental schedule overbook. The 2nd crew was nice enough to explain one last thing and then take the one remaining box that had been forgotten.

Fast and efficient. The tv setup and connect guys were terrific. They worked as a team — the Geek Squad team — unpacked, connected the tv to a home theatre system and explained the basics. Out with the old and in with the new, all done well.

From carrying in the TV; un-boxing; updating all software; setting up our cable; programming the remote; testing the set-up; and teaching us all the features, and more, the GeekSquad Agents were superb. The Geek Squad called me prior to delivery to verify time and date. They arrived on time, setup the TV, hooked it all up to my DirecTv, walked me through the remote and the TV capabilities, and insured I was familiar with the remote functions before they left. The Geek Sq was outstanding and I was truly impressed with their expertise and fast service.

i have a dvd player several years old; several online app services, and a cable box. Geek squad not only set everything up for my easy access but taught me how to access it. First time in a long time i have been sble to have this mix of old and new IT work together! Very happy
