I am so thankful for Geek Squad and them putting our game together. They were very professional.

From carrying in the TV; un-boxing; updating all software; setting up our cable; programming the remote; testing the set-up; and teaching us all the features, and more, the GeekSquad Agents were superb. the geek squad mounted my 65 inch tv and connected everthing to it.

i have a dvd player several years old; several online app services, and a cable box. Geek squad not only set everything up for my easy access but taught me how to access it. First time in a long time i have been sble to have this mix of old and new IT work together! Very happy

The 2 guys who came to my house did a great job of moving my old TV hooking up to the devices. Then installed the new one hooking it up and showing us how to use it. Very professional

The Geek Squad called me prior to delivery to verify time and date. They arrived on time, setup the TV, hooked it all up to my DirecTv, walked me through the remote and the TV capabilities, and insured I was familiar with the remote functions before they left. The Geek Sq was outstanding and I was truly impressed with their expertise and fast service.

Everything was done to perfection: they know their products, the installation was smooth and efficient, they worked phenomenally together as a team, and were respectful of my home (cleaned up and hauled away everything leaving it spotless). The installation crew were very professional when they arrived at my home. I was never notified by the store when the crew would show up. The crew was very appologetic for the office's lack of communication to me. They moved the old tv upstairs tou bedroom for my wife and they cleaned up afterwards.

This one was easy Peezy, just to plug in and set up. But I’ve had some other installs from Best Buy that were very complicated and they did an excellent job. I am a Geek Squad member and I will continue to use them

The guys that made the delivery, did the unboxing & installed it’s stand. They did a great clean-up job & disposed of the box & all packing materials. I highly recommend this service!

The Geek Squad did a great job of setting up and optimizing all of the capabilities of our new tv. More importantly, they answered all questions and never indicated that they were in a hurry to leave until we were satisfied. They even responded a few days later with a visit to help with some confusion on our part.

Great service. Took the tech less than 15 min to get tv installed and everything working.

The picture quality is amazing for the price. The only reason I gave the review four stars is the tv's menu. Navigation takes to long.
