I couldn't be more pleased with the service from the Geek Squad setup guys. They took care of everything and were courteous, professional, clean, and answered all of my questions. They set up the Insignia TV and Samsung 4K Blue ray i purchased and reconnected existing equipment. Thanks, Geek Squad!

Initially I was not impressed with the picture on my new Samsung. The Geek Squad had delivered and set it up so I assumed all was as it should be. Eventually I got an on screen message that the resolution was not correct and had to reset it to the highest from the lowest. There was a tremendous improvement! It has a few quirks that I am learning to live with though. This morning I found it turned on and set to "setup". The cable box was not on. I managed to fix that and turn it off but 10 minutes later it was on again, this time to TV. More often this will happen, sometimes when I am watching a program, and an its landing of choice is the DVD blue ray player. No one else is here except the cat and she does not know how to use the remote. It can be spooky! I was happy to have the Geek Squad here to set up the TV because at 86 even moving such a large TV is impossible for me It was worth the $150 to have someone else take care of it...I just wish they hadn't left a gremlin here with it!

I love the Geek service, they did a fabulous job installing & setting up my 49 in Tv & stand, they are so nice and professional, they would not leave until I checked out installing & setting up my TV & stand. and was satified with there work which I am happy to say there the best.

Set up with great set up the TV remove the old TV all the boxes very convenient especially for me who has a bad back

The tech arrived on time and set up my TV system to work perfectly. In addition, he not only demonstrated but then watched and coached me in how to operate my new system (TV and Sound Bar) to enjoy it fully! Super!! Glad I made this purchase at BestBuy!! I wouldn't shop anywhere else for electronics!!!

the people from the Geek Squad were professional and did a great job with the insulation and help with the set up and explanation of some working components. Make sure that you get a Geek Squad installation not a 2nd party.

I had the agent connect up my new TV and he got everything working perfectly. He even tweaked some of the settings to be a bit more pleasant/friendlier for the room.

Alexey was excellent. Intelligent, knowledgeable & professional. He set up my 2 new TV's, and he helped me make the change from Xfinity to YouTubeTV. He made an effort to get me oriented with my new service because he could see how clueless I was. He took the time to make sure I could function before he left. I really appreciated his patience.
