The agent set up the TV and connected all devices. He explained how to use the remote and setup the apps.

The Geek squad was terrific. The young man came to home and set up my new TV in less than fifteen minutes. In that time, he had to unplug and take my old TV to the garage and then, bring my new TV from my car to my bedroom. Both TVs were too heavy for me to lift. Also, I didn't have the first idea of how to set-up the new TV and get it working. He did a great job and I am perfectly satisfied. Go Geek Squad!!
