Our old tv was disconnected and the new tv was set up on our stand. All the cables were connected and hidden behind the stand. They explained with great detail how to use our new remote and also helped to set up our streaming apps. We are very pleased with the service

The person installed the TV and explained how to use the features so that we could understand what he was talking about,

there appears to be a delay between sales and refunds. The sale was made. And the refund has yet to be issued. There was no set up. The customer refused set up. The item was delivered carefully and promptly. There was no set up.

David did a great job getting the tv set up and help my husband how to work it. I've told all my friends that they should have Total tech support its worth the money

One TV died and when purchased New larger TV they moved living room wall mounted TV to that location including wall mounting in the new location with one visit.

The installer (RJ) did a fine job with the new TV. However, the person who was supposed to come here to remove the old TV called and said he'd be here in 40 minutes. That was Wednesday - it is now Saturday and we still have the old TV.

Brian Herring did our second install and was wonderful. He did so many extra details that he did not have to do. His knowledge was also very valuable.
