We purchased a ViZio TV and sound bar on-line. I also purchased the setup and take away services of the Geek Squad. Scheduling was easy and very timely. The two technicians were at our house as agreed to and took care of setting up our new set and took away the old set. All was handled efficiently.

The agents were vey professional and did a great job of setting up the tv. They explained everything in a simple to understand way. They did not leave until they were sure i understood the operation ofm the tv.

Jimmy & Josh (Geek Squad) were efficient and considerate. Also, they patiently explained the operation of the TV.

The Geek Squad brought my TVs to my home and installed them with no problem at all. They do know what they are doing for sure.

They set up my new tv and got the sound bar and Comcast remote to work so everything was all good

The two Geek Squad technicians arrived as scheduled. They took my old and installed it in the bedroom as requested. Then, they installed my new 65" LG OLED on the wall where I asked them to. All in all, they did a terrific job and showed us how to use the new TV and remote along with our existing Spectrum cable service.

Collin Sullivan was very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous in providing excellent service for the problems that I had. He explained to me (a senior citizen), on the use of my equipment he installed.

Technician was well versed and provided clear 'tutorial' about the TV as he set it up. I have since purchased other TVs and set up myself.

This Agent knew EXACTLY what I wanted and needed and PROVIDED IT! He is who everyone in this business should learn from. My Sony A80J now has better sound and picture quality than ever before.

I am overwhelmed and impressed! Chris Watson, my Geek Squad "friend for life", not only did a great, thorough job setting up and explaining the working of the TV, but he brought me a birthday cake! We ate it together while going over the "how to's" of the TV! I am now a fan and loyal customer!!!

They were on time, friendly, clean, efficient, and most importantly, effective. They knew what they were doing and asked questions along the way to make certain they were setting up my system the way I wanted it, not just the way they thought it should be. My only issue is that Benjamin suggested additional equipment for me to expand my system. Of course I went into the store and love his suggestions. Okay, maybe it was a good thing...

The agents set up the TV and it works good. They were very nice to me. They gave me good instructions to help me understand how the TV works.

Geek Squad does a fabulous job of installation and what is more important is the great job with explanation. Not being very technical myself, I really appreciated the technician's attention to the details and making sure that I understood how to operate my new TV.

The gentlemen that delivered and installed my TV was friendly, extrememly careful during the setup and very helpful with my questions. I would definitely recommend having Best Buy do the set up. And, the fact that they took my old one away made it that much better (small additional cost).

I never have a tv mounted. I have a 3 tier stand and thats where my tv sits. Geek Squad was professional and installed my tv perfectly. They also, installed my tv quickly.
