On the first scheduled in-home service the Geek Squad individual never showed up during the scheduled window of time. In fact, I had to call the Best Buy where I purchased my Sony TV Just to find out where the technician was. I received a call from the technician about an hour later saying he was running late and wanted to come to my house around 3:30 PM, I told him no, he had missed his window by 2.5 hours and I am not waiting all day. The technician should have called to let me know he was running later vs me having to find out where he was after the fact. The second scheduled visit went well. A different technician out of a different store did a good job of checking the set-up I did on my own since the first tech never showed. The second tech was super, however, I don’t think the 49.00 fee was worth it since I did the work, otherwise I would not have had a TV for over 10 days. I forget the first techs name that didn’t show on the first scheduled visit, but I also never received any feedback as to why he blew off the appointment from the management I spoke to at the store.

I am far from patient when it comes to setting up electronics; that’s where the guy and gals from the Geek Squad come in. No frustration, no swearing, no broken parts…just a few minutes and the Geeks got you covered.

The Geek Squad does an outstanding job! They took down a heavy plasma tv, replaced it with the new tv, hooked up the receiver/speakers as well as the Apple TV, and helped me get everything ready to use! Well done!!!

The agents were courteous and professional in connecting devices and in selecting the menu options. Job was done in less time than expected.

The gentleman did a good job. He basically took it out of the box and set it on my chest of drawers. He then showed me the basics of the remote control and removed my old TV. He asked me if I wanted to have it mounted on my wall but I declined.

Levi came to my house to install a surround sound bar and he did a very professional job. He had up in no time. He made sure it was centered and hooked up. He set everything up with remote and showed me certain features. He was very polite and was a professional.

Gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Explaining everything about my newly acquired equipment. Answered all questions fully and above all showed the utmost respect for my home. Could not be happier!! Fred.

The Tech arrived as scheduled and set up my smart TV. The installation included connecting the TV to my entertainment system, satellite TV service, and WiFi. The installation happened quickly and the technician was friendly, even leaving his cell phone number in case I had questions later.

Team was on time and very efficient and patient Showing us how to operate the new tv.

This was perhaps the very best aspect of our Best Buy purchase. Without these young pro install and instruct regarding the TV, we might as well have purchased at a big box store. The professional care and expertise of the Geek Squad is superb!!

The agents delivered my 65 inch Samsung tv, to my home and set it up for me. They were extremely courteous and polite as well as knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with them and was very impressed. It is a service I would definitely recommend and repeat myself.

The 2 Geek Squad techs did a great job installing my new 75 inch tv. They set up everything on 1 remote controller. They took the time to explain all of the tv's functions - in plain English not in tech talk!

She was so great to work with and even was able to figure issue with my old TV. She asked me if I wanted to keep the one I had or the new one. I chose the new one as it was time to up grade

Having the Geek Squad come to set up a smart television may seem like a waste of money to all you tech savvy individuals out there but for us, it was worth not getting a headache figuring it all out and receiving a good education of the product. They were most helpful. They were on time and extremely courteous.
