They did a great job setting up the TV, they ask me how I would like it done and made suggestion for a better way and why. They were clean and fast, very professional.

We had a projector installed. The technician called 30 minutes before arrival. He was helpful. We had problems installing, but he told me exactly what to buy. Waited for me to buy and bring it back and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

The TV (77 inch Sony OLED) was too large and heavy for me to un-box and set up by myself, so I appreciate the help from Geek Squad. The technician was very knowledgeable and careful, and the set up went smoothly.

Geek squad sent a subcontractor that just installed tv and could not get it working correctly. Had to have a real Geek squad member come back out and did a excellent job setting up Tv and explained how to use TV.

The Geeks took two of my monster TV's away and set up my large Sony Oled in the existing space. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Unfortunately, cannot use my DVR player because it's an antique. Will be in to purchase a new one.
