I always like when the Geek Squad come out. This is my second time using them to install a television. Both times were superb. They mounted the televisions exactly how I wanted them.

The gentlemen who set up the television were fantastic. Jordan and Isly(?) explained how to use the tv correctly for someone who is vision impeded.

I was very pleased with the service we received from the Geek Squad when they came in and set up our TV. They were prompt, courteous and professional which is all anyone could ask for. They took their time, explained everything to my wife and took the box and trash with them. Highly recommended.

When they finally got here, installers did a nice job. Three rescheduled appointments made purchasing the tv rather anti- climatic & our college football review didnt happen

The TV set up is great for those who cannot do it themselves or do not feel like doing it themselves. Reconnecting your TV to the cable/satellite or whatever can be frustrating even if it is not confusing. In my particular case, it was just nice to have someone else do it as they mounted the TV for my mother while I was at work.

The Geek Squad brought my TVs to my home and installed them with no problem at all. They do know what they are doing for sure.

Not only did Jeff from the Geek Squad set up the TV, he worked with us until we were comfortable using the remote instead of a Roku. Hopefully we can get him back for the next TV replacement!!

One TV died and when purchased New larger TV they moved living room wall mounted TV to that location including wall mounting in the new location with one visit.

If you are going to mount a TV on the wall or set it up, have the professionals at Geek Squad do the work. I did not want to take a chance on doing it myself and get something wrong. Geek Squad guarantees their work. I have been a Geek Squad member for several years and it has been a great decision.

Nargan and crew were on time, quickly installed TV and sound bar. There was a difficult situation for the installation but Nathan and Paul did a good work around and all is great.

Agents installed TV on a stand along with sound bar. TV was connected to existing equipment (cable, DVD player and Firestick). The installation went well. Agent made good suggestion about using Netflix.
