Beautiful with quality bright picture. I love my new tv and it’s the perfect size for my room.

Geek Squad did a great job - Hooked up the new TV and downloaded all apps - set up our preowned TV in the sunroom and made sure all connections were up and running properly,

tech agent went above and beyond to help us learn how to use this new remote and show us the new content that is available for streaming. He checked net speeds and advised about products that could improve the signal IF we found it wasn't enough. very patient with some non techie folks.

The Agents were not only knowledgeable, neat, and efficient, but we had a lot of fun during the process. Really nice people, and they did the complete set up and explained everything.

Arrived on time and did a great installation job .Attached the external devices and made sure that everything worked properly. Cleaned up everything before he left.

The young men were so helpful and polite, they treat us as though we were their grandparents.

With all the new high tech, the only way to know it's being done right is to have a professional installer. They connected my cable, new DVD player, WIFI and took all the empty boxes with them. He also made sure I knew how to work the remotes before he left. To me, it was definitely worth it.

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job installing our new 40" Samsung tv. They first removed the 36" tube tv and then assembled the stand to the new tv and installed in an entertainment center. They took their time and did a wonderful installation! It looks great and works fine!

I would highly rfecom end Geek Squad for installation. Our tech, DeSha Senter, was awesome. He was patient and explained everything. He went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. I even had to call him with a question and he walked my husband through the whole thing on the phone. I can't say enough about DeSha.

Two installers were here on time, very polite, professional, worked together and knew exactly what they were doing.

Tech was great. On time and set everything up. Configured remote.

When they finally got here, installers did a nice job. Three rescheduled appointments made purchasing the tv rather anti- climatic & our college football review didnt happen
