A great guy came and set up my new TV... excellent technician and outstanding Geek Squad service as always... you guys are great and I have used Best Buy and Geek Squad for years.

Geek Squad removed our old equipment and installed our new TV and Soundbar. Everything went well and we love our new setup

The gentlemen who set up my new TV did so very efficiently and did things I would have thought of. They also addressed any other tech questions/issues I had. I only wish I had thought of a few more while they were here. Definitely worth the small fee!

The GEEK SQUAD saved us from countless hours of do-it-yourself agony. It was clear that they had set up countless TVs. They explained how the equivpement worked and stayed with us, coaching us on how to use the equipment. Now, I want them back...I've decided to mount the TV on the wall!

My wife got this for Father's day and it was the best gift ever. I've been meaning to get my TV connect and setup completed since we moved into our new place but time has just not been my friend. This took the headache out of trying to fit it into my schedule and now we can enjoy our TV!

Technician worked efficiently and professionally. He remained until we were both confident that I knew how my new remote worked. Also gave me contact info in case I required additional instruction. On time, helpful and friendly.

The agents removed the old TV and mounted and set up the new one. It was all done the day after purchase. It couldn’t have been better! This was done for my 95-year young mother, who was thrilled to have a working TV installed so quickly. They took the time to make sure she wes comfortable with hew cable set-up and remote.

The tech who came to my home had been here before, so that took a lot of uncertainty out of the visit.... Kudos to him !! He revised and reviewed everything from the last visit and took care of all of my concerns.

TotalTech set up my new Samsung 65" TV on the console perfectly. They connected it to the internet and my cable provider for seamless use.
