Well worth having the Geek Squad deliver and set up the TV, I'm not a technical person, just getting it out of the box was amazing to me. They did a great job hauling my old rear projection TV out and putting the new TV in place. I was a little disappointed that they didn't come within the 4 hour delivery window but all & all very good job.

There is no substitute for the Geek Squad ! A group of very intelligent, knowledgeable people that make for a great experience. Thank you Geek Squad.

I bought this television for a small space in my home. It is the perfect size and has a good picture. The Best Buy Geek Squad team was timely, professional, and courteous. They efficiently connected the set and answered my questions.

Vincent has installed our computer, printer and now the TV. He is always courteous and explains what he is doing. He always goes through the operation of each new purchase with us and then asks if we have any questions.

The geek squad did an excellent job of hooking everything up and explaining how it worked they went overboard and adjusted some thing for me that wasn’t on the ticket thank you very much appreciate you guys

James Lee, Geek Squad Agent, came to my home to set up my Entertainment Center. Upon his arrival, we discussed the desired set up; and then James began to work. James provided excellent service, is knowledgeable, and he goes the extra mile. When the set up was done, he ensured each device worked as it should. He told me to call the Geek Squad if any troubleshooting was needed. None was, as James provided 110% excellent customer service. Grateful for James and the Geek Squad agents. Sally K

This T.V has the clearest picture I have ever had.And the set from Geek squad was awesome.

The team patiently and thoroughly explained how to use the machine and remote, after relatively quick installation. They also gave understandable and useful information about streaming services, a topic that can be very confusing.

The Geek Squad delivery team was great. TV was set up quickly and both techs were very informative regarding TV features, remote features, etc… Overall, very pleased with the process.

This delivery, setup and haul away was related to a 65" TV I recently purchased that was to be set up in my basement. The two team members scoped out the job and set the old TV out of the way and then brought the new TV down to the lower level. They had it connected and booted up in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to do it, and then proceeded to provide a helpful tutorial on the various functions of the remote and the TV. The old TV was quite heavy, but they carefully maneuvered it up the stairs and into their truck with no issues whatsoever. Was really happy with their service and professionalism.
