The Geek Squad did a phenomenal and fast job of installing our tv and also explaining and showing us how to use it. They went through everything before they left to make sure every component was working and that we could work it as well.

With all the new high tech, the only way to know it's being done right is to have a professional installer. They connected my cable, new DVD player, WIFI and took all the empty boxes with them. He also made sure I knew how to work the remotes before he left. To me, it was definitely worth it.

I would highly rfecom end Geek Squad for installation. Our tech, DeSha Senter, was awesome. He was patient and explained everything. He went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. He did a good job but there were some issues I had to fix myself after he left. I couldn’t use my remote to turn on & off and adjust volume. I fixed the issue by simply moving the tv back a little but had to get help since it was heavy.

So glad Best Buy Geek SQUAD delivered and setup my new Roku TV. No worries for me this time around. I wish I would have had them when I received my first Roku TV as a gift. Well worth the cost to have no worries.
