He did a good job but there were some issues I had to fix myself after he left. I couldn’t use my remote to turn on & off and adjust volume. I fixed the issue by simply moving the tv back a little but had to get help since it was heavy.

The Agents delivered on time & in house Geek Squad did the Set Up which was great !! They also explained the set-up & how to work the TV & hand controls

Brian, who set up my new smart TV and WiFi was the best..worked quickly, yet took time to explain everything to me ane patiently answered my questions Brian is the best!

Geek Squad did a fantastic job in setting up my new 55" Bravia TV 90J. He was able to use my old receiver to hook up the TV with my Sony DVD/CD player, Sony VCR and Sony Turntable. He used an adaptor to get my VCR working and with this TV it adds an input to use and the picture quality is great! I originally was going to try and set up everything myself but was so happy I did not He needed to change out my HDMI cables and had them available in his truck so he could complete the set-up. It was worth the price to me. He was very pleasant, sense of humor, confident and I could tell he really knew what he was doing. He did it very quickly, set up my remote, linked it to my wi-fi and showed me features of the TV so I could start enjoying it as soon as he was done.

The agents mounted my tv and connected all applicable devices in a very professional way. They explained how everything works and took their time doing it.

They did a great job tying the tv,reciever turn table and dvd player together

The 2 guys were polite, hooked up the new TV quickly & hauled off the old one. They took time to show me how to use stream programs using streaming services from my laptop. They were fun to talk with.

They were quick and efficient. Best of all they were patient and friendly.

The Geek Squad did a great job delivering, mounting and setting up my LG TV. They then cleaned up everything and even hauled away my old TV. Gaspar was terrific!

My wife and I have an older non smart TV. It works very well and has a great picture. This device enabled us to turn our older TV into a Netfix streaming set up, essentially making it a smart TV and providing the new Blue Ray player we needed all in one. Very affordable too. n

This is an updated version of the tv I purchased from Best Buy 9 years go. I am very pleased with this version, as the color and the detail is an improvement from my old set. I am very loyal to Sony televisions, and this version has lived up to my expectations, I also paid $1000 less for this version than the one I bought previously, so this is a win-win for me.

The best by agent that completed the installation was very knowledgeable and informed with the product that he installed. The individual did a great job, and actually provided some additional tips about the TV.
