Techs did a great job mounting the TV on the wall and making all the connections. Gave really helpful instructions on using the remote and getting into settings. Cleaned everything up and took the box when they left.

Service took over an hour to get working. After he left all worked great. Four hours later the device turned on but got the wrong input, the sound bar came on but no sound. Not satisfied with the products and would never recommend the tv or the myharmony remote to anyone. We wanted a tv that any idiot could operate. I hope we are above that level, but we are unable to operate it. We were told by a salesman that it could run a certain app but later found that it cannot independently run it by itself. Your sales help need to be more clear. The remote is very complicated. So many buttons and options that it takes going to a class to figure how to work it. It was supposed to take up to 45 minutes to set up. It took a professional almost double that time. We were charged for setting up the remote and for helping with Pandora. When he got here I had already figured out Pandora but we were still charged for this part of the serves. Why would any pay for a tv the required training to use. Not happy with this. What is a person to do to get this stuff working so that it will simply work every time? I thought the geek that came out did ok but is there a class on how to turn on a tv? He explained it but nothing he said worked. I can recommend the geek but I cannot recommend Best Buy.
