The agents put my new TV together and set it up. Went very smooth.

This is the second time I've used the Geeks and in one word, they are Awesome. If you want your equipment installed in a workable, neat, and functional way, the Geek Squad in always there to help. These guys really know what they are doing. USE THEM!

Excellent technician who set up my 55 inch Sony tv. He figured out a complicated setup because of my steaming device. An 11 out of 10!

Gary and Craig did a fantastic job installing my 49 inch Samsung TV. These two members of the Geek squad do exceptional work and go out of their way to make the customer satisfied. This is the second installation completed for me by Gary and Craig.

My installation geek was Eddie and his sidekick. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant. Answered all questions I had at the time. Also were fully covid19 protected which I apprecso very much.

The Geek Squad guys were on time and brought all the correct devices with them. They were very knowledgeable and helped me make some choices in the setup process. Everything worked right the first time. Happy with my decision to use them.

these two geek squad gentleman were extremely helpful. They answered all my questions during set up and then stayed extra to answer more questions.

Installer was polite and fast. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that he ignored my request for cord control, so I had to disconnect and reconnect to make things look neat.

The Geek Squad rep arrived on time, unpacked the tv, and set it up. Later, we needed the color adjusted and he returned to fix it.

Best Buy offers installation on large tv’s and we’re so glad we used it. Geek Squad gave us excellent service before, during and after the instal.

The agent not only set up the TV, instructed in use. Plus, he was able to make my existing wall mount work with this smaller unit.

This was an exchange. The agents packed up the exchange and installed the larger TV. They did this efficently but did not program the TV and DVD player. I have to choose the one I want. Before the default was xfininity on my TV. Now it comes up by HDMI input.

The person was knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was done in a timely manner and he answered any questions I asked.

The service person was very professional. Arrived on time. Promptly introduced himself. Explained every item and made sure I understood everything before leaving. And left his number incase there were questions later.

As I mentioned before in the last review....these guys were great at assembling a large TV stand with storage for aa 65 inch TV and explained all about the TV

Installing TV was okay but not enough time for teaching elderly on the use of the remote. Of course the men knew what to do which was good but this should include more time on use of remote for the TV.

I cut the cord with Xfinity and started to stream The geek squad set up my tvs and gave me tutorial on the how. Geek Squad is wonderful. Highly recommended by a new retiree.

The men who came to set up our TV were wonderful and very helpful. They went over all the details of the tv and how to operate the new remote.

david an daniel were both great - very respectful, very knowledgeable and performed whatever tasks i needed done - they even had a few suggestions that worked out better than my original plans
