Having had great difficulties, as previously described, getting Total Tech Support at the Novi store for my WiFi LapTop, I tried my luck at the Brighton store. I happened to meet the guy in charge of the Geek Squad for that store. When I explained that I had tried to get a Users Manual from HP for a full hour, and never even got to speak to a real person, he was eager to help. Now I have a barely operable printer at home, so that is a limiting factor too. He contacted HP and found the correct Manual. He had it printed for me right in the store, all 64 pages of it! I may still have difficulties figuring things out after I've reviewed the manual, front to back, but now, at least, I have a decent chance of getting something close to the full advantages of this excellent Laptop I purchased on March 21st.

The installers were great. They set up the new TV and took away all of the old material. They took the time to run me through setup for the TV.

The Geek Squad service providers represented Best Buy very well. They were courteous and professional. As they proceeded in mounting and programming the television, they explained what they were doing. In addition they showed me how to interact with the programming.

The technician arrived on time. The setup was quick and easy no mess left behind. He had all the tools needed to get the job done. He had an answer to all my questions.

Geek Squad did a great job adding antenna adapter and scanning for additional TV channels. Geek squad employees were Tyrese and Lionel of Saginaw MI

Bree and Ramon were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They moved 1 tv and set it up. Then they installed my new tv.

Buy total tech Great service provided by total tech. Absolutely loved it and it’s worth purchasing honestly. No hold times for calling total tech as well but definitely worth it.

Dennis drove in right on time. He was friendly and went right to work. Things went off without a hitch , which is rare in my life. It was really a good service call.

This is such a great service for luddites like me. When the installer was done, every one of my streaming services, sound, and bluray, were set up and working seamlesly.

Excellent service. Had three TVs installed over four weeks. All Geek Squad service (phone and in-person) was excellent. First two TVs died, third was a different brand, but everyone was responsive to the issues and provided great service.

set up was fast and complete, connecting all of my components and taking time to explain how to access all of them. I will never again set up my own tv again, they made it so easy!!

The installer set up the new TV in the living room, moved the old TV from the living room to the bedroom, and took away the old TV from the bedroom.

We purchased our Samsung 65” Tv and Samsung sound bar and decided to have Geek Squad set everything up; great move on our part. Michael H and his sidekick Dillon coordinated everything , came out did the install and walked us through everything we needed. Being 75+ years old; we are not really literate regarding all that needs to be done! These guys were fantastic!!!

The delivery and set up team set up the new tv and hooked up all are extras….sound bar, dvd player, cable box. They even programmed the remote and showed us how to operate it.
