The two guys who arrived at my apartment were great! On time and called ahead of time. The got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. They did not leave until they had fully explained everything to me. It's worth paying for the experts to get everything up and running!

The Geek Squad agent came to our house and helped us get our HD TV on the right setting and explained how to use it. He was very nice and very helpful.

James Lee, Geek Squad Agent, came to my home to set up my Entertainment Center. Upon his arrival, we discussed the desired set up; and then James began to work. James provided excellent service, is knowledgeable, and he goes the extra mile. When the set up was done, he ensured each device worked as it should. I have used Geek Squad for help with my computer. When I purchaed my new smart TV and sound bar, I had Geek Squad set it up. Very professional service. The guys made sure everthing was working perfectly and I was totaly informed about how everything works. Well worth it!

Very Pprofessional but too expensive . To charge 200+ for a tv that cost $350. Why have Total Teck at all.
