The picture is good, but there must be a way to get rid of the annoying voice that keeps reminding me that there may be another way to watch, a different service provider I suppose.

Excellent service and advice from technicians. They actually suggested changes to my purchase that saved me money.

Geek Squad was very professional answered all my questions and the install was done in probably 45 minutes time I highly recommend using geek squad if you have a complicated setup like mine.

The Technician was on time not late they set my TV up in a reasonable time frame and they check everything to see if it was working and they also clean up after they finish.

I did not use The Geek Squad, but a team of two from Best Buy delivered and helped me set up a new 77" Sony TV. They were extremely considerate and helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I recommend other Best Buy customers to let geek squad to set up TV and also Connect your TV. I recommend friends and family to do the same. Very professional and polite…. Thank You, geek squad

We recently purchased a 75: LG TV and surround sound system. We decided to have the Geek Squad install our new equipment. What a great decision. The two gentlemen who arrived to our house could no have been more professional and knowledgeable . We are so happy we added this service.

The agents set up our tv and connected it to all the necessary items. They were polite and performed over and above their task by moving our temporary tv and relocating it.

The agents were extremely efficient and courteous. They set up my TV and made sure everything was working perfectly.

Geek Squad does a fabulous job of installation and what is more important is the great job with explanation. Not being very technical myself, I really appreciated the technician's attention to the details and making sure that I understood how to operate my new TV.

Geek squad installed t v and hooked up my devices (TIVO box and new SONY blu-ray player) only hitch was they didn't quite explain how to use the damnd thing, I'm a little slow, so some coaching would have helped,but, other than that, excellent install!!!!

The Geek Squad came on time set my tv up quickly and set all my channels for me. Cleaned up and took my old tv away.

Knowing I couldn't personally handle a 65" TV, I felt it was my best option. I can't say I was happy with the price but 2 guys delivered and set my whole system up in 30 mins and EVERYTHING WORKS!! Not even a tiny bit of frustration! The guys were fantastic!

The Geek Squad people know their stuff. The wire-up and process of inputting the appropriate TV and sound bar settings went smoothly. They even volunteered to set up my wife's phone so images on it could be displayed on the TV screen.
