The Geed Squad met expectations. Delivery was on time and the two gentlemen worked together efficiently to set-up the TV and answered any questions I had. One recommendation would be for the technician to explain the set-up options he chose by and why.

I can’t say enough about the in home service during the setup of my new 82” LG TV. Set up and running in less than an hour. They also took my onl Sony rear projection to recycle for a total of $49.99 with Total Tech Support.

daniel was our tech who serviced our home.. he was amazing ..he was thorough and very detailed and took the time to explain how to use everything we purchased to the fullest...very professional and polite...an excellent experience...

The installer called in advance as promised & was on time. He installed the tv & connected to tv service, bluray, soundbar & home network. He didn't leave until we were satisfied that everything was working properly.

The people they sent were very through and efficient. They took down my old TV that was not working and mounted the new one and had it up and running in no time. I would thorougly recommend them!

They were on time, friendly, clean, efficient, and most importantly, effective. They knew what they were doing and asked questions along the way to make certain they were setting up my system the way I wanted it, not just the way they thought it should be. My only issue is that Benjamin suggested additional equipment for me to expand my system. Of course I went into the store and love his suggestions. Okay, maybe it was a good thing...

I paid extra to have a "pro" install my new Samsung 65" tv and a Yamaha RXA2A to my system. What I got was a delivery person who need my help setting the tv and receiver because he could not understand the directions. Go figure-ya pay for this and they give you that.

Geek Squad is perfection at it's best. Cannot say enough good things about their service and installation. Worth every penny to get it done right the first time. Geek Squad service is like having peace of mind. I know they will do a great job as always.

The TV arrived on schedule. They quickly set up the Sony TV and all connections. They spent quality time to give clear instructions on the use of the remote and the navigation of both the TV and the Roku device added to the system.
