They unboxed and setup the TV quickly. They had it running with my cable provider and gave me a run down on how it works. They then picked up all the wrapping and plastic and left with everything neat and tidy.

The agents set up my TV as well as all of our components. They went the extra mile to work on are Sony TV box to get it set up as well I was very impressed with the time that they spent to make sure everything was working perfect

The agent was awesome. He made sure that the Sony sound bar, and the Sony blue ray player was all hooked up properly to the Sony TV along with my digital TV box. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working and hooked up properly with the sound bar and subwoofer so we got the best surround sound. The guy really knew his stuff. I was so relieved after he came to my house to set up everything properly.

The Geek Squad team arrived on time, had the TV set up and working in no time. They took the time to demonstrate and explain all the functions and even helped me with the connection of a sound bar.

The 2 gentlemen from the Geek Squad were on prompt and on time. They were very business like and knowledgeable. My wife and and I would never have been able to set up the big screen TV and Acorn. Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

The Geek Squad did a phenomenal and fast job of installing our tv and also explaining and showing us how to use it. They went through everything before they left to make sure every component was working and that we could work it as well.

This delivery, setup and haul away was related to a 65" TV I recently purchased that was to be set up in my basement. The two team members scoped out the job and set the old TV out of the way and then brought the new TV down to the lower level. They had it connected and booted up in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to do it, and then proceeded to provide a helpful tutorial on the various functions of the remote and the TV. The old TV was quite heavy, but they carefully maneuvered it up the stairs and into their truck with no issues whatsoever. Was really happy with their service and professionalism.

The 2 installers were great. Both mask protected and were very helpfull in explaining everything. Showed us how to work the smart tv and how to go to netflix and back to direct tv. Glad I spent the money.

We had a projector installed. The technician called 30 minutes before arrival. He was helpful. We had problems installing, but he told me exactly what to buy. Waited for me to buy and bring it back and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

As I mentioned before in the last review....these guys were great at assembling a large TV stand with storage for aa 65 inch TV and explained all about the TV

The geek squad set up my tv and turned it on and gave me several bits of advice on the best way to use it. Their help was much appreciated.

Installers and setup Geek Squad were great. They were so knowledgeable of the inner workings of the tv, and connected all the WiFi associated items. It was worth the additional money to have them do this.

The service techs arrived on schedule and promptly began installation of my equipment. They determined the new cable box was defective, but were able to obtain the result I desired without the new box,which I returned to the cable company!

The agents connected the TV to all my devices. They did a very thorough job, were very polite and made sure I had no questions and knew how to work everything prior to leaving. I was very impressed.

The two agents were totally knowledgeable about my soundbar system and additional rear speakers to get adjusted and working perfectly for my new Sony 75” tv

The third party contractor arrived around the time we had scheduled. He was extremely nice and professional. However, they clearly underestimated the job because they only had one person come. The technician could have definitely been more efficient with a second person, but they set it up perfectly fine nonetheless.
