Having total tech-support makes it very affordable when you don’t have anyone to do TV hook ups and wall mounting. Outside of so many services that come with that I was completely happy with my TV set up.

The Geek Squad are knowledgeable and efficient. They were friendly and helpful in getting our audio system up and running smoothly. I would recommend them to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if we need help.

Great picture,great price,great TV wonderful way to watch a game

The unpacking and setup was great except for one thing - Geek Squad didn't tell me I needed to update the operating software. Seems basic but this is the first tv I've owned in 15 years so they were all old-style. It was my internet provider who suggested the update. The guys were friendly and neat.

The Geek Squad Agents set up the, explained what they were doing. They were very efficient. I was glad I had them do the inspection.

The agents were courteous and connected my other components to the TV and programmed the satellite remote. They explained how everything worked and made sure I understood before they left.

Mu agent was wonderful--pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and patient. He had to problem solve and he was very much able to do so. We were at the end of his long workday and he never hurried, giving the same service he would have given if it has been earlier in the day.

Geek squad hooked up several things needed for new tv!!
