The greatest service regarding the install of my Smart TV, the two Geek Squad associates were kind and patient with me concerning all the questions I had regarding my new purchase, my first purchase of a TV in over 10 years. The agents fluidly got my device out of the box, worked well together as 2 people, were quick to get the installation done with the stand, advised a bit with their insight for the setup. I’m enjoying my newest smart TV.

Technician arrived at the beginning of the time slot and set to work quickly. Maneuvered heavy TV set into place and made connections without issue. Also removed old unit and packing materials. TV working perfectly with remotes consolidated into one master control. I am very happy with service and new television.

The Geek Squad delivered and set up my smart TV with ease! You have to register your tv with the television brand, scan barcodes, set a password and some other stuff that would’ve taken me all day to do. The geek squad did it in 20-25 minutes!! I really appreciate the service and will have them deliver my next television or appliance that needs installing, because according to the Geek Squad- there are no more Manuals!!

Adam was the 2nd technician who came to fix my Sonos bar that was put in. He worked with the Sonos people to get it working. He even knew how to raise my TV legs so my Sonos bar could be in front of the 65 in Sony TV. He knew what he was doing! Highly recommend him and The Geek Squad. Make sure you get a technician and not someone they hire out.

The guys went above and beyond during the installation. Very knowledgeable, and professional, answering all my questions and demonstrating how everything worked.

The Geek Sqad experience was outstanding!! Definitively worth the expense. Best Buy contacted me in advance to provide their arrival time. It was then confirmed the following day and they arrived 10 minutes early. Both technicians were polite and friendly and very knowledgeable how to disconnect old and connect new. They walked me through the various options on TV, showed me shortcuts, asked me if I had additional questions, and were in no hurry to leave until they felt I completely knew all the options with the new TV. Based on my experience, my friend in New York CIty purchased same TV and paid for Geek Sqad. She also had a great experience!

Installation and setup was performed by Geek Squad “regulars” (in-house and full-time) as opposed to their out-sourced vendors. I highly recommend the Regulars. They were knowledgeable, professional, personable and efficient.

My installation appointment was scheduled by the sales associate at the store and I received text and email updates on the date and time of the appointment. I also received a phone call 2 days before and the morning of to confirm my appointment and address from the Geek Squad Installer, Ron. He arrived on time and was fabulous. He set up my 55 inch Samsung, the sound bar and a DVD player in less than 1 hour. He sat on the couch with me and went through the setting/remotes/app downloads. He was organized, efficient and very knowledgeable. He packed up all the boxes and packaging and hauled everything away. I was so impressed with his professionalism. My entire Best Buy experience was one of the best purchase experiences I have had in a long time. Thanks!!

The technicians were the VERY best that we've ever had! They were professional, patient and knowledgeable. They did not rush us and showed us shortcuts. They have been a team and with Best Buy for a long time. Definitely recommend this service and will use again when we purchase any tvs.

ON Time and right to work never stopped until it was up and ready and then explained a few things on its oprtatton Then packed up all the packaging material and left the house as if no one was there. Great team.

There was a two man team that delivered the TV and set up. They were very professional. They performed the installation is a quick and efficient manner. They ansered my questions and explained the TV controls.

Of course, we needed the Best Buy delivery and set-up for the TV I bought my daughter for Christmas awhile ago. The delivery crew utilize the utmost caution and expertise, I always know the job will be done with efficiency and professionalism when I use Best Buy Delivery and Set-Up!!

The technicians were very thorough and professional. They connected all of you equipment and gave instructions as to how to use the remote to access all of our available networks. I would recommend them to make the installation completely painless

From start to finish, the service was perfect. Geek squad sent numerous notices to me on time and date of delivery, also simple instructions to have appropriate work space ready for delivery. The service tech was knowledgeable and handled the tv with care. Plus showed me how to easily work the remote control. This was all done within a very short time. The man who came to install my LG C2 65" television did excellent work, far above what I expected. He hooked up the new tv to Dish Network, made sure the remotes were working properly, and set up the tv and insured it was getting A STUNNING PICTURE! He also helped me install my old tv into my bedroom setup, made sure everything worked properly, and was personable throughout the process. I had watched many unboxing and setups on YouTube for the LG tv, and the BestBuy agent did my unboxing and setup exactly as was shown on YouTube. I cannot thank him enough for his service.
