I liked the fact the tech guys that delivered were so knowledgeable and helpful

At 100+ lbs, this 85" TV required two Geek Squad installers. They arrived on time, carefully removed it from packaging (and took that huge carton back with them), and mounted it as requested on the stand sitting on my console. They also did a quick set up of my digital services and a very brief tutorial on the set's operation.

The tech did a great job setting up my tv and watching him made me glad I hadn’t tried to do it myself

I paid the extra money to have the Geek Squad deliver and setup my newly purchased TV. It was worth it! Two members of the Squad arrived at my house during the scheduled time frame. They were vey courteous, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions

They arrived on time. Polite and friendly. Took time to listen to my questions . Set my TV really fast.

First he removed the non-operational television from my bedroom, then relocated and hooked up the my smaller television from my living room into my bedroom. Then he brought in my new 75" television and surround system, installed them and ensured everything worked as intended even with the Cox contour universal remote control. Once everything was working he took all of the boxes and trash leaving my home looking like he was never there. He had a great positive attitude, answered all our questions and wore his face mask at all times while ensuring he maintained social distancing during the entire process. Will definitely use the Geek Squad set up services again when purchasing new products requiring installation and set up!

Great installation. Great instructions from the Geek Squad. Set is a great upgrade from our old Vizio.

I love the service, a teem of girls came to instal my TV in the wall. Was fast,easy and clean, no mess at all. I have no idea all I can do wiit the service. Thank u

Geek squad guys did a great job installing, however we were surprised that we had to pay extra for the power cord to be put in the wall. The guys promised follow up e-mails with tips and phone numbers. Nothing arrived. We called and found nothing but frustration with Best Buy's customer service. Letters were written, still no response. Terrible customer service!

I like the all in one smart remote, but if you happen to buy something new, or to replace an item, you most likely would have to pay for someone to come out and reprogram the device. Sometimes I get a delay from device when I turn off my TV, and sometimes it takes as long as 10 mins or so to turn off. I worry about on how long that takes. It just might be my projection TV.

The geek squad did an excellent job of hooking everything up and explaining how it worked they went overboard and adjusted some thing for me that wasn’t on the ticket thank you very much appreciate you guys

The agent kept me up to speed on his arrival time, showed up exactly when promised and set up my TV quickly, efficiently and cleanly.

Technician who visited was so super helpful, he went above and beyond. Upon opening the box, I was devastated to see the TV had been damaged in delivery, completely busted screen, unusable. He drove to Best Buy and came back to my home later that afternoon with a new set. Set everything up, connected wifi and my bluray player. Was absolutely fantastic. Sorry I cannot remember his name
