DeShawn and Jeremy were both EXCELLENT each time they came. First visit was to deliver and set up our TV and TV Cabinet but the cabinet was badly damaged. They were very helpful in telling us how to get the issue resolved. Returned damaged one and ordered replacement.They set up the new TV and went through everything with us. When new TV stand arrived they were both again excellent in doing their job and connecting the components in a timely fashion. Whenever we need any more assistance with delivery and setup we hope we get them back again. KUDOS to both of them!!

Well worth having the Geek Squad deliver and set up the TV, I'm not a technical person, just getting it out of the box was amazing to me. They did a great job hauling my old rear projection TV out and putting the new TV in place. I was a little disappointed that they didn't come within the 4 hour delivery window but all & all very good job.

The Geek Squad team was quite professional and thorough when hooking up the television to my existing surround sound system.

Although I could have set TV up myself I elected the Geek Squad service. They unpacked and set up TV, set up cable remote to work with TV, adjust the picture for the best quality, and hauled away the box and packing. I thought it was worth the $.

The Geek Squad members that were at my home were very friendly and pleasant to speak with. They did a great job of setting up my TV stand but unfortunately the stand was to small for my 85" TV. No fault of theirs as I was informed by sales that the stand would hold my TV. Ended up having to wait a whole week to get my new stand, all while my new TV and unusable, built TV stand sat on the floor taking up needed space.

I bought a 85 inch TV. I had the geek squad install it. It is more than a one man job. I was happy with the installers.

The mounted my TV. I bought a larger mount for the TV, as it was much larger. I didn't need it, so I am returning it.

I bought this television for a small space in my home. It is the perfect size and has a good picture. The Best Buy Geek Squad team was timely, professional, and courteous. They efficiently connected the set and answered my questions.

My installation geek was Eddie and his sidekick. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant. Answered all questions I had at the time. Also were fully covid19 protected which I apprecso very much.
