The Geek Squad agent was very knowledgable and helpful. Set up TV and connected it to our existing equipment. He also explained the TV operation to us.

They set up TV, with internet connection, and the cable remote.

I can’t say enough good about the Geek Squad guys who delivered and set up my TV. Took just a little more than an hour. When they left the appliance was interfacing with all peripheral devices, receiving all available OTA channels, and working flawlessly with my 5.1 Yamaha sound system. They even adjusted the speaker height and placement to match the larger panel. We have had very good experience with Geek Squad techs for home theater and computer setup and service.

The agents set up our TV, hooked up all of the devices and answered our questions. They were knowledgeable and polite. We enjoyed working with them.

I was surprised that only one person was sent out, but he handled my new 55" TV without a problem. He was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He did a great job!!

The guys are friendly and thoroughly. You can tell they have been doing installs for a long time as well as doing them together. Everyone wants to try to shop around but you won’t regret having these guys install.

I had heard about the Geek Squad............... I thought the personnel would be stuffee guys. To my surprise, They were very nice and pleasant. They were very professional. I thought it would present a problem placing the TV in the small basement. The representative explained the difference of the old set vs the new one. He reassured me if I had further question give them a call

The squad unpacked the TV, installed it where we wanted and set it up. It works well and we are happy with paying the extra amount for installation, well worth it.

They were very helpful in setting up the TV and making sure I knew how to use the remote and also set up the soundbar I had with it.

We had our television installed by the geek squad. These two men know what they were doing, they mocked up with tape where the tv should be placed. Once they reciwvooir approval, they were quick to complete the job!!!

The tech was great! The only reason for the 4 stars is the not so great experience with setting up the service call. WAY too hard to get to the right person and then they didn't pay attention to the phone number I said to call which was a problem for the tech trying to find the place.

The guy showed up on time and helped set up the tv with our direct tv remote. He was professional and friendly and helpful.

So happy to have had this service. Set up was a breeze and training was great. no guessing, just wonderful service. Quick and easy. Professional staff.
