The agents set up the new and made all necessary connections

Both agents did a terrific job. If only all of your employees were as good. It’s agents like these that keep me coming back and buying all my electronic equipment from Best Buy. Both deserve promotions and pay raises. Service was A Plus!

The agents set up my new TV and connected all my devices, except a CD player for which a suitable cable was unavailable.

The guys were excellent and I am so glad that I had them do the set-up. The only problem is that the sound bar was on back order so when that was delivered the deliver team didn't really know how to set it up.
