Very professional installer and on time! Well worth price. It would have taken me all day to do set up. Got right to work and got TV set up with other components in a timely manner.

I purchased a 75" LG QNED Mini-LED and LG 90QY soundbar. The TV is very big so I cannot physically unbox and lift it up myself. The Geek Squad showed up on time to deliver and install the TV, soundbar, and also hook up my PS4. They are very friendly and even adjusted the settings and made sure everything worked so I could watch TV right away. Money well spent!

I have used Geek Squad for help with my computer. When I purchaed my new smart TV and sound bar, I had Geek Squad set it up. Very professional service. The guys made sure everthing was working perfectly and I was totaly informed about how everything works. Well worth it!

The two guys who arrived at my apartment were great! On time and called ahead of time. The got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. They did not leave until they had fully explained everything to me. It's worth paying for the experts to get everything up and running!

Very glad I got this install. Tv was too big for one person. And Geek squad had it up and running and connected and set-up in no time. So much easier then doing it myself.

Opened my laptop as usual in the morning to discover NO e-mail files...period. Called Geek squad for help. They were able to recover my E-mail daily records which was fantastic, allowing me to send and receive, but were unable to recover my E-mail record history folders. Subsequently these were recovered by a Micro-soft technician.

The agents were exceptional in their knowledge and skill in setting up our television, sound bar and television stand. The Agent gave me a telephone to reach him if I had any follow up questions. Upon his departure due to my lack of knowledge I developed two technical problems. On each occasion he returned my call and walked me through a corrections!

The Geek Squad did excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

The Geek Squad set up our new TV and Soundbar. The were pleasant, knowledgeable and explained the operation of both in detail. Spoke to us and asked if we understood in a pleasant way.

Beyond expectations. As a former service manager I could only wish to have more people like this gentlemen. He exuded confidence from arrival through to wrap up. I observed every move he made, watched how he worked around issues, observed his determination and perseverance as he hit snags in the process. End result, I've never been happier with my home surround sound system and I owe it all to your technician. This gentlemen is a keeper, don't let him slip by you, if he does let me know where I can contact him. There aren't many of his makeup left! BTW, there are two service tickets, all involving setting up my system. All that I have said here carries over to the other service ticket.

The mounted my TV. I bought a larger mount for the TV, as it was much larger. I didn't need it, so I am returning it.

The technician installed our TV, set up our wi-fi connection, and other devices. He was professional, courteous, and friendly.

The members of the Geek Squad are awesome. They install efficiently and effectively, are professional and addressed all issues with our TV, Amplifier, Speaker hookup with xfinity service. We would use them again on our next move or a new purchase. Well worth the money for the service.
