The tech was professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and cleaned up after the install.

The agents set up the mount, tv, and antenna quickly and with outmost care. They answered all the questions I had patiently and made suggestions pertaining to getting the best use of my devices connected to the tv.

Geek Squad came and installed and set up tv, they called and arrived on time, was efficient and pleasant.

ADAM and SAL ARE FABULOUSLY ABLE AND WILLING…….There are STILL CONNECTION PROBLEMS DESPITE the SET UP so They are coming back and sending the Home Team in to see what I need. The TV was perfect size for our sons Bedroom, we had a Best Buy technician come and connect it to the swivel wall hookup we bought with it. He setup the TV with no problem and got it turned on and tested channels on it as well.

The agent picked up the TV, brought it to my house, disconnected the old TV and installed the new TV

The techs identified all my issues (and mistakes), rectified them, and patiently told me (also made sure I wrote it down) how to set up my systems so that problems would not repeat in the future. They were very professional, pleasantly friendly, and extremely interested in making sure I was completely at ease with my systems before they left.

Service and Tech were excellent. The training was invaluable for us to learn how to use the new technology. Geek squad member was very well informed and kind.

Installer was gracious, patient and quite knowledgeable. He answered multiple questions about features, costs of added features if we should decide to get them, limitations with our older DVD player, etc. His demo was concise and very helpful.

Originally I added this to my TV order because without it I had to pay shipping but with it, shipping was free which confused me. But regardless, I am so glad I did! They were SO helpful, answered any and all questions while installing and setting up our tv and they helped us feel even more confident in our purchase!
