Opened my laptop as usual in the morning to discover NO e-mail files...period. Called Geek squad for help. They were able to recover my E-mail daily records which was fantastic, allowing me to send and receive, but were unable to recover my E-mail record history folders. Subsequently these were recovered by a Micro-soft technician.

I used Geek Squad to set up our new TV and they did an excellent job. They were very professional and since TV's are more complicated now, they made it worry free for me. I always purchase Geed Squad contracts when I purchase an item like this. I love Geek Squad!!!

Geek Squad installed my new TV and connected all my other devices very quickly. They were very professional and courteous. They did a great job showing us how to operate the new TV and were very patient making sure we understood the instructions.

The geek squad delivered and set up our new TV. They really knew what they were doing. Set up was quick and their tutoral on how to use everthing was clear and concise. We were given a business card and told to call anytime we had questions. They really knew their stuff!

Easy to use controls. If you cant see all the control buttons or you're not sure which one to press, (as I am sometimes) you can use your voice on the control and it listens and makes the correct changes. The extra money this TV costs is worth it.

The only thing I wish they could have done is to arrange the icons on the home screen with our most used (YouTube TV) at the top. A previous Geek Squad technician did that on our other TV. These technicians said they didn't have a way of doing that.

You did a great job setting up my new TV. Geek Squad had been here several times to get my old TV working right and finally suggested a new one. Thanks, I love it. You have made an old (86) lady very happy!!

service tech arrived in appointed time frame - setup of smart tv , sound bar , and new computer was quick and without issues - spent about 30 min going over controls and features , more than enough that I didn't need to pick up a manual for the first week of ownership - asked a lot of questions and got an answer ever time - very satisfied ! good job Middletown NY store Geek Squad

This delivery, setup and haul away was related to a 65" TV I recently purchased that was to be set up in my basement. The two team members scoped out the job and set the old TV out of the way and then brought the new TV down to the lower level. They had it connected and booted up in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to do it, and then proceeded to provide a helpful tutorial on the various functions of the remote and the TV. The old TV was quite heavy, but they carefully maneuvered it up the stairs and into their truck with no issues whatsoever. Was really happy with their service and professionalism.

ADAM WAS PROFESSIONAL, HAD TO COME BACK TO REPLACE THE T.V. HE DID SO, ON TIME AND FULLY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME ...I AM IN MY 70'S AND DID NOT KNOW A LOT, BUT HE WAS GREAT AND WALKED ME THRU EVERYTHING...I WOULD FULLY ENDORSE HAVING THE GEEK SQUAD SET UP FIRST TIME.
