The tech was professional and personal, he did a wonderful job.

The agents were exceptional in their knowledge and skill in setting up our television, sound bar and television stand. The Agent gave me a telephone to reach him if I had any follow up questions. Upon his departure due to my lack of knowledge I developed two technical problems. On each occasion he returned my call and walked me through a corrections!

Mu agent was wonderful--pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and patient. He had to problem solve and he was very much able to do so. We were at the end of his long workday and he never hurried, giving the same service he would have given if it has been earlier in the day.

Great communication prior to & on the day of. They were on time and put booties on. Both technicians were outgoing and knowledgeable. Were not condescending. Demonstrated our device thoroughly - until we were comfortable using it.

Amazing service, set up my TV quickly and professionally.

The installation was done quickly but not smoothly. The picture and service were set up and I was instructed on the use of the TV controller, but it wasn't integrated properly with my cable controller. So we still need to use both controllers and the sound can't be controlled with the cable controller.

Out-flipping-standing installation and set up. The two techs were great. They got everything working, made sure we understood it, and cleaned up everything before leaving.
