The AGENTS do more then expected. I didn't know that my TV could be adjusted to my individual sight and audio needs.

The agents installed my tv VERY NEATLY along with moving an older TV to another room ___ GOOD work all around!!!! We later called one of the installers for some program info. He was very cordial in his response.

The installation crew was very professional and efficient. would given 5 stars but it wasn't made clear by Best Buy that the delivery crew wasn't going do the install. Then it was days after delivery before the install team came.

I recently had a new 4K UHD smart TV set up and installed by Geek Squad. The main technician also installed a new oven at the same location about a month earlier. Both items were early Christmas gifts for my parents. The technician and his assistant were polite, thorough and efficient. My parents were completed satisfied with the setup and installation process. Also, I give kudos to the main technician who informed us that the TV did not come with an HDMI cable which was required for the cable box to TV connection. Luckily, he had a 4K ready HDMI cable which we purchased for a reasonable price. The technicians did an excellent job disconnecting the old TV, relocated it to a convenient nearby space, and then set-up and installed the new TV. I'm very impressed with Geek Squad's professionalism. I will plan to use their services again.

This was an exchange. The agents packed up the exchange and installed the larger TV. They did this efficently but did not program the TV and DVD player. I have to choose the one I want. Before the default was xfininity on my TV. Now it comes up by HDMI input.

The agents mounted my tv and explained everything I needed to know.

I really appreciated the work done by Geek Squad team. They were friendly and efficient. Very helpful in making sure I understood how new set-up would work. Also helped me understand new remote operation. Job well done.

The 2 installers were great. Both mask protected and were very helpfull in explaining everything. Showed us how to work the smart tv and how to go to netflix and back to direct tv. Glad I spent the money.

He hooked up my Roku, and Xfinity flex and explained how everything worked.

Geek Squad came and installed and set up tv, they called and arrived on time, was efficient and pleasant.

They unboxed and setup the TV quickly. They had it running with my cable provider and gave me a run down on how it works. They then picked up all the wrapping and plastic and left with everything neat and tidy.

The agents connected the TV to all my devices. They did a very thorough job, were very polite and made sure I had no questions and knew how to work everything prior to leaving. I was very impressed.

Installers and setup Geek Squad were great. They were so knowledgeable of the inner workings of the tv, and connected all the WiFi associated items. It was worth the additional money to have them do this.

The installers were prompt, courteous and complted the installation process quickly.

The guy was very friendly, and helpful. He set everything up and explained what he was doing.

The Geek Squad guys that came out were very professional. They installed the system and showed us how to operate everything. Answered all our questions and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad.

DeShawn and Jeremy were both EXCELLENT each time they came. First visit was to deliver and set up our TV and TV Cabinet but the cabinet was badly damaged. They were very helpful in telling us how to get the issue resolved. Returned damaged one and ordered replacement.They set up the new TV and went through everything with us. When new TV stand arrived they were both again excellent in doing their job and connecting the components in a timely fashion. Whenever we need any more assistance with delivery and setup we hope we get them back again. KUDOS to both of them!!

The agents were extremely helpful and efficient as well as very nice. They removed my current TV and set it aside carefully and helped the person I was giving it to cover it and put it in his car. Your agents connected the new TV to my electronics. And when I had a problem the next day, they were agan very hepful and helped me resolve the problem.
