The guys were excellent and I am so glad that I had them do the set-up. The only problem is that the sound bar was on back order so when that was delivered the deliver team didn't really know how to set it up.

The third party contractor arrived around the time we had scheduled. He was extremely nice and professional. However, they clearly underestimated the job because they only had one person come. The technician could have definitely been more efficient with a second person, but they set it up perfectly fine nonetheless.

Had an install for my grandfather in his 90's. He was very happy with the service and liked that the installer also hooked up his DVD player as well.

The agents from the geek squad were wonderful, They knew exactly what to do and did it professional. They were also very polite and had great personalities. Brando and Brian very kind and respectful.
